*Service Recovery - Highly recommended* We arrived with a group of 8, and a couple of rooms were delayed due to a large party leaving the same day. Jeff and his team immediately addressed their mishap, and worked tirelessly our entire trip to remedy it and go above and beyond our expectations. The treatment and attentiveness we received was similar to the experience you'd only receive from a Ritz Carlton or similar brand. Great location! Will stay here again.

Hyatt was very convenient and in walking distance to shops, the Broward theater and many dining options. The hotel was clean and very quiet! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
