The Elevator was super slow which made it always full. Everyone complained about it. Pool was not heated although it has a heater system. Homeless person was sleeping on the North bench in next to front row parking. Lobby manager declined to give me a continental simple breakfast and coffee even though I stayed there for 3 nights and only needed a little something to get me going the last morning on my way to the airport. So I had to pay $15 for toast, yogurt and coffee.

Perfect location especially for a short stay with a Whole Foods, CVS and several nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Shuttle service was prompt efficient and all staff shuttle drivers and check-in were all delightful. Happy to visit again and recommend!

I booked this hotel thinking that it is a Sheraton hotel. The hallways and the room looks like it’s a motel and not a hotel even being considered a Sheraton. Need to remodel the rooms and hallways and common areas to make it look more like a hotel.

My stay at Four Point was wonderful. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We got there after 9 it wasn't a problem. My husband and I went to the bar to get something to eat the food was great. I would stay there again.
