Great Spot for a Girls Trip in Downtown Ft. Laud!

We had the best time staying at Flow Ft. Lauderdale! The two-bedroom, two-bath suite was perfect for the four of us. The hotel is super nice, clean, and right in the middle of downtown, so the location was awesome. Parking is a bit pricey, but honestly worth it to be in the heart of everything. There’s lots to do around the area, though our room was next to the train. It didn’t bother us, but it’s something to know. I’d totally recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I would say is for essentials definitely order ahead if you’re staying for a long period they have a large amount of Amazon packages. They also have rental units aside from being a hotel, which is amazing the layout of this hotel from the parking garage is being able to get to your floor to a coffee shop right outside the seating areas. Everything is so immaculate. Definitely my new favorite place and they have a location in Miami who can beat that.

The property is beautiful its chic and well designed its in a great area but my stay was very disappointing firstly its 45 dollars to valet park and 40 if you self park internet never work in the room or in the public space the balcony door could not lock and we complained no one came to fix it i couldnt sleep the entire trip because i felt unsafe with it being open and the apartment is right next to where a train passes it was so loud the walls are paper thin i could hear everything in the hallway and the apartment itself is quite noisy i never got a good night sleep but the staff was friendly so even though i would never stay again like i said the property is beautiful and just like the pictures

One of the worst hotel properties I have stayed at this year with all my business travels and it’s such a shame because from the pictures and descriptions from Expedia it looked amazing!!!! But in reality the apartment was okay nothing súper wow and definitely not what it looked like in the pictures! There are no blackout blinds for light , the room is right next to a railway with ratings every 15-20 minutes passing by so if you a light sleeper you in for a real treat with no sleep! You also don’t get cleaning in this establishment unless you willing to pay 150 USD for cleaning services of your hotel / apartment now if I was a resident I would understand but am a hotel guest ! Anyhow so when you ask for more towels or toilet paper they will hand it to you over the counter like a cheap 2 star motel property not even offered to deliver to your room. The QR code about the Flow Property doesn’t have much information on or how to get rid of your trash it’s on 1R just incase you want to know and you have to walk through a dingy basement to dump your own trash The staff is rude , they are not polite , they push infront of guest in elevators , ride the same elavators , they do not greet , smile or acknowledge guests. Elevators also take very long be prepared to wait to ride up and down. My key did not work several times I had to get it reprogrammed. Room was very nice, but don't expect any maid service, you have to go to the desk for anything you want. New sheets, towels, coffee, anything. You pay $40 tax a day for parking, but good luck finding any on the one floor you can park, as valet uses it as well.

Felt at home... perfect relaxing environment after a long day. The gym is above the standard for hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Precious at the front desk. She takes customer service to next level.
