Awful and will not return.
No hot water after letting run for 5 minutes. Chocolate candy on the floor in multiple places from previous guest. No one answer room service phone or guest services phone. WiFi was 2 bars and disconnect constantly. Did not refill shower gel. Neither TV remote worked and were clearly worn out.

We checked in the person checking us in was “there” to collect a check but not friendly or personable. We got our room card and went to the room to find someone else was assigned our room - mind you the key card worked for us & them. We immediately went to customer service to report- they assigned us another room, however from then on my safety and security was on edge. I locked all the doors and didn’t want to leave the room because of them assigning multiple people to a room. In addition the hotel was just old and needed some updates, the shower water pressure was super low. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The staff rarely answer the phones. Front desk asks like youre inconveniencing them when you talk to them. They have breakfast from like 6 to 9 am. Then happy hour from 5 to 630 pm. Kind of early if you ask me. There was construction either next to us or above us every day during working hours. Price gouge on parking and internet. Room service is just okay, pizza was the best thing.

The stay at this hotel was terrible from start to finish staff was rude construction work Going on when my baby is trying to sleep no consideration for guests at all ! Trying to ring the front desk 15-20 times in 2 the last hours noone answered any of the calls ! Shocking service!
