I like that the beach was just right across the street. However the location of the hotel was far from main attraction so we would have to Uber constantly.

Booked this hotel because of the modern architecture design of the rooms and the rooms were truly beautiful. You have to call for housekeeping which is annoying but what makes the system worse is you have to do it by 10am that morning. So, if you just found out about that rule the day of past 10, you’ll have to wait till then next morning to have your room cleaned just an annoying thing to have to keep up with. Next, the workers are quite rude Carlos is amazing, but a few other workers were not helpful, empathetic to the confusing ways of the hotel and etc. ( and I know certain complaints and issues with the hotel is common because many workers disclosed that to me so, don’t act surprised when I’m bringing yall main issue to questioning. Next, the WORST issue is the parking fees that are quite an sneaky fee, 35 dollars 40 tax a night and sorry that’s ridiculous they refer to it as valet when your car is parked in a small garage and you can literally take two steps and go to it, but, your forced to request the car on the phone speak to workers with language barriers and have an 3 minute interaction take up to 10 minutes for a car you can literally SEE and WALK up to within a couple steps, and on top of the phone of valet sometimes they don’t even drive the car two seconds up for you so either way it’s a stupid thing and like what am I paying for? Hidden sneaky fees like this are annoying and maybe I’d respect it if you had to pay that upfront.

Lovely boutique hotel across the street from the beach. Rooms were spacious, clean and trendy decor. Gym was fabulous and pool area was very nice! Very impressive value! Only thing is parking is pricy and street parking is limited. Otherwise, we will be back for sure!

I called ahead to ask if my room would have a kitchen and was told it would so I purchased $135 worth of groceries. I was told on the phone I could check in at 3. Our flight arrived at 11 AM so we wasted time then got to the hotel at 3:30 then i was told we couldn’t check in for another hour. I was now told check in’s at four. I let the lady know know they told me it was at three I showed her the website also says that. we had to wait until about 5:30 PM to check in and when we went to our room we had no kitchen. When I asked about my kitchen. I was given the runaround. We never got a kitchen. The whole time we were there even though they told me they were going to try to get me one. They brought me a microwave and they still charged me. It was disappointing. I asked for a knife they wouldn’t bring me a knife. They said I couldn’t have plates or knives because I didn’t have a kitchen. I explained to them I brought groceries. What am I supposed to do with them? I ended up throwing away at least $50 worth of groceries.

The hotel is great, clean and comfortable. The staff was great and helpful. Valet parking was $40.00 a day which was pricey. Great experience over all.
