The worse experience ever! My flight arrived at midnight in Fort Lauderdale. When I got to the hotel almost at 1am, they sold my room and there was no room available. I had to scramble to find a hotel to sleep and a weekend getaway that was supposed to be by the ocean, turned out to be in a hotel by the airport. The staff was rude and arrogant. Never ever again! Be aware of this hotel.

Everything was just right in this hotel. Employees are very friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean and the views are spectacular. This is my third time there and will continue to stay there every time I go to Lima.

Nice comfy room.
The room is clean, comfortable and efficient. After check-in and in the evening, I went to the desk to ask for robes for me and my wife and was told there weren’t any available. The auto shutoff of the lights in the bath went out during my early morning shower so I had to scramble out to find the switch to turn them back on. The floor in the shower is slippery and no handles are nearby. The server at the pool bar was very nice and our lunch was served quickly and was delicious. We ordered the Margarita flatbread with chicken.

From checking in until checking out there is an unwelcoming aura from staff (including the manager). It seems you pay for the location rather than the experience at this hotel. Additionally there was lack of communication when ordering food, not to mention no delivery to room, from the hotel as to when your order is ready… leaving the food to become cold.

The hotel was in a good location across the street from the beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a pool and workout room. The corner room was spacious and had a big balcony. The employees were friendly and the check in was simple and quick.
