Good hotel in convenient location, would have rated higher but for some niggly irritations: the bath towels are on an inferior size and quality, housekeeping neglected to replenish the complimentary tea/coffee, lack of cups for breakfast leading to use of paper ones, pillows very hard with no apparent alternative choice (unlike say a premier Inn)

Terrible service!!

Cons: Don't overbook rooms!
Turned up to the hotel to find out they were overbooked, and I was being moved to another hotel. Which was very inconvenient considering I booked this hotel for a specific reason. Would never book with this company again.

Great stay

Everything was great except the waitress for breakfast were slow serving the food, but otherswise food and hotel were amazing , defo go back there

Very uncomfortable

Our stay was extremely uncomfortable as the pillows in the room are soo hard. Children slept with none and the replacements offered were no better so I had to arrange towels as pillows. Reception staff indicated that many people had complained but that as others hadn’t it was down to personal preference and the hotel could not do anything about the discomfort we had experienced for two nights.

My stay was very comfortable. and my room was clean and quiet. The staff were very efficient and helpful and in the morning I enjoyed a good breakfast. The hotel is easy to find, a few minutes from the tram which links the airport to the town centre, so perfect for my visit.
