Staff are so friendly and make you feel really welcome. A great hotel, well positioned and the added bonus of air conditioning. Lovely comfortable room.
The property is within walking distance of all the big attraction’s. Room was clean but nothing special for the money.
Did not feel welcomed on arrival, more like an inconvenience.
Amazing stay - definitely book this one! Staff is SO super friendly & went out of their way for us multiple times (even put rose petals & chocolates around our room (for our engagement)!! So sweet! Will def be back!
Rooms are very cramped and was disappointed with amount of storage. If you are just staying for one night then not an issye, two of us stayed for three nights and found the lack of space uncomfortable.
Staff friendly, hotel clean. Breakfast was good, my only issue was with the buffet area, no space to put your plate when lifting the lids to access the food, it was very awkward. No literature in hotel room about the city, no literature in reception/bar area. Catered more towards business guests than holidaymakers
Booked for a superior room and had no bath or sopha bed and the plug next to the bed did not work . The room was clean and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable room service had limited options overall 5/10 .. nothing special.
I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Two nights in a row, we were awaken by the staff doing work, including maids. It was 5:30 am Not acceptable.

The hotel is modern and plain, but it’s on the edge of many tourist places for a better price. Externally the neighborhood feels safe enough, but not intriguing, but a short walk or bus ride gets you many places. Lovely staff, and a connected restaurant with Indian or typical food available. Thank you for a lovely stay!
There was no soap in our room…..the phone also didn’t work in our room so had to go to the front desk. The AC also didn’t work and I asked to be moved rooms because there were too many issues in this room. But I was told the ac just needed to be reset. The ac began to work but gave out again a couple hours later and because we had no phone in the room to call the front I had to use my cell phone (long distance charges and roaming) as I didn’t want to go to the front desk at 3am.
No one answered and then someone returned my call at 4am (still awake because it was TOO HOT)
I was told that I had to wait till 6am when maintenance arrived.
This hotel is by far the worst we’ve stayed at in the UK and was a high price point.
