Lovely hotels and excellent staff specifically the restaurant staff in the mornings. Cheerful and welcoming and hard working. Bed was very comfortable, my room was big enough for 2 people and the shower very modern and efficient. Highly recommend

The room was comfortable. However, it was a bit noisy—the plumbing and the sound of the music from the restaurant. While the breakfast was good, one of the orders was incorrect and our second coffees took 35 minutes to arrive. We raised our concerns with the manager (Billie) and she was very understanding and professional. Without her response, we would not consider returning in the future.

Wonderful hotel, a favourite in Edinburgh!
Myself and my partner stayed for a few days over new years with our friends and absolutely loved the hotel. From the moment we walked through the door, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were exceptional and the decoration through the hotel was fantastic. We all enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and the food options at breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful—highly recommend room 907!
