I love the walking distance to the airport, great reception staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and compared to other hotels on this trip, the breakfast was very good.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the airport which makes it so convenient. Check in was excellent, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Best service during our stay in Scotland

Very friendly staff and ideal location for airport terminal. Hotel is also very quiet which is a bonus given how close to the airport terminal it is located. Will certainly stay again.

Standard airport hotel. Better available

Stayed overnight for a very early flight. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom very clean, plenty of towels. Restaurant isn't up to much. Tiny, overpriced menu. You have to go up to order and the portions are small. Staff were quite unfriendly and not very helpful. Its fine for 1 night we will try elsewhere next time

This was a last minute reservation and we were glad to get it. The Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent! I was amazed that you couldn’t really hear the airplanes being so close to the EDI airport. We would go back!

This was a perfectly nice place to stay the night before an early flight. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Room was clean, very quiet, and generally well-appointed (no fridge, though). Bed was comfy and shower was decent. Breakfast was good - something for everyone and good vegetarian options, which was much appreciated.

I stay was fine, though pricey. The room was good, the beds comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked to allow us to set the temperature to lower the 22°. It was when we checked it. Would be rather strange arrangement for the shower, which made it almost impossible to avoid getting water on the floor.

Check in was under staffed , ordering food took even longer, again due to lack of staff . Food was tasteless and extremely bland. Would not recommend staying at the Hampton by Hilton , in fact I would urge people to look elsewhere.

The cleanliness was a big disappointment. The bathroom shower was not clean. You can tell it’s a quick wipe down of the room and done type of cleaning service. The restaurant seats were stained/dirty as well. Staff were lovely. Close to airport. For the price, I would recommend staying in Edinburgh and taking the bus back and forth - it’s convenient and cheap.

I booked through Expedia, and when I arrived they could see I had booked through Expedia but somehow the booking hadn’t transferred locally so they didn’t have my reservation. It took a long time at the desk but they finally squeezed me in to a handicapped room that was awkward to use. Not a great experience, though the guy at the desk did his best considering how busy they were.
