We absolutely loved Frasier's. The staff were helpful and it was very conveniently located to all the sites. We also went on a 4 day tour to the Highlands and returned for one night, and they kepr our larger luggage in between stays. They even had our luggage waiting in our new room when we returned. Highly recommend.

Really great location only meters off the Royal Mile (quite near the castle). Room was clean and well appointed with crisp linens, mini fridge, microwave and the shower was really nice. We stayed on the sixth floor with a lovely view. Only complaints would be staff not greeting guests in passing and the hall carpets were in desperate need of cleaning.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom had mold in the grout, the AC did not work and I requested via a call and in person for maintenance to fix it and it was never done. The room was small and stuffy the whole time we were there. We slept with the window open but the street was busy and noisy. Needless to say our sleep was not good quality. The car park was a great distance away which was not advertised.

A well positioned hotel right in the heart of Old Town Edinburgh within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and the rooms were well proportioned with a handy kitchenette. Breakfast is not included but there are plenty of local cafes to visit.

This is my second time staying at Fraser Suites Edinburgh and it was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Edinburgh.

Lovely property in the heart of Old Town Edinburgh on the Royal Mile. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was nicely appointed. Comfy beds and WONDERFUL shower. We would happily stay again.

It was not good,would not recommend it.

The hotel was not the cleanest, our towel rack in the bathroom was broken ask several times to get it fixed, said they would send someone ,only came one time, to try to fix it .when house keeping came to clean up the room they never replenished tea or milk & on one occasion had to ask for toilet paper because they did not replenish the rolls.The service was terrible. On the day we were leaving we checked our bags until it was time for us to caught our train, when we came back to get them they only give us two of the three that we checked, so we had to tell them that there was other bag. We had to wait about 15 minutes until they find it. It almost made us miss our train.
