Second time here, shame no view today in 203 but a clean comfy bed for the night and decent breakfast.

Appalling customer service!

Room in disrepair, wallpaper peeling off etc. telephone and tv not working and staff response was appalling! Do not stay here, not worth the high price

Needs urgent updating

Whole hotel needs urgent updating from the corridors, stairs and room. Wallpaper coming off wall, woodwork chipped, wardrobe door was missing and could not close bathroom door. Shower very poor, but bathroom and bed clean. Breakfast very good.
