Set within a Victorian town house built in 1900, the apartment boasts a spectacular view of the Edinburgh skyline and its famous landmarks.

The property has high ceilings, generous room sizes, solid wood flooring throughout, and some traditional features such as the ceiling cornicing.


The apartment has been refreshed and newly furnished to create a stunning space and the perfect base from which to explore this wonderful city. The interior is very much design led, and heavily influenced by mid-20th century and in particular Scandinavian design. It is modern, minimalist, simple, functional and furnished to an exceptional standard.

The apartment also enjoys a small enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Please note that the single beds are smaller than standard single beds and therefore may not be suitable for large adults.

Car parking is available directly outside the property. Charges apply from Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. There is no charge during evenings and weekends.
