An inexpensive first stay at this hotel near the M90, and would stay again in the future. Room was very clean. Evening meals were not available and I had to make other arrangements. Cannot comment on breakfast as I has to leave extra early for work. WIFI was a one or two bar service: - suitable for email, but not video-conferencing

Terrible location, staff very unfriendly from the beginning. first told my family traveling with children that he wouldn’t take us because in the original reservation there was a missing person, later and, after being on the phone with customer service they agreed to give us the room that BTW was paid off in advance under the condition of paying more for my husband? At this point and getting close to midnight and due multiple sketchy moves we decided to book a different hotel but this people still kept our money, meaning stole it from us. If you’re traveling to Scotland please don’t spoil you experience by staying anywhere around this hotel, that if you value your hard earned money and peace of mind. 0 stars.

Nice small hotel just missed the restaurant on arrival but we were aloud to take a takeaway into the bar and eat it Carolyn was very helpful Only problem was some hair in the bed

This is the second time staying at Hill Park Hotel. Very friendly staff. Lovely bedrooms. Lovely breakfast. Just perfect. Will be looking forward to staying again next year.

Staff was very helpful and check in was quick. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Taxi was about £6 from the rosyth train station and the bus stop we needed to get to dundee was only 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was included with a variety of continental and hot food available and it was a great way to start the day.

Only issue was i was next to the main door on the 1st floor so it was noisy all night. Other than that it was clean with a comfortable bed.

Staff placed 2 couples who were booked on the same booking in 2 different wings of the building then tried to make the excuse that because we had 2 different names that we could not have rooms near each other and our pass cards did not work in each others area, then the person I believed to be the duty manager, accused me of lying to get an extra card, to give to our friends so they could access our wing not our room but our wing, we tried to explain to this extremely arrogant we have been travelling as a group and never experienced anything like this before and she stated it was for security purposes, we went out for dinner and when we returned the door to our wing was chocked open so there goes the security excuse . Due to her artogance we decided not to eat in their restaurant. The included breakfast was okay the view from room 6 was at the back of a small shopping centre which was disgusting and if I was at all worried about security that would be it. The shower in room six drain was blocked and reported but did not change for our stay. If you don’t like being treated like being belittled by arrogant staff then avoid like the plague.
