Spacious and perfect!

We traveled with 4 children ages 11-16 and this was perfect for our needs. The condo was spacious and clean, as well as very close to the beach for access. The complimentary chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay

What a wonderful surprise to have found this condo. For full disclosure, it was at a discounted rate due to construction during non-quiet hours but we were never disturbed. The property owners responded quickly to our inquiries ahead of time & HUGE surprise was that one set of beach chairs & umbrella was included. The property was quiet, conveniently located on the beach and our stay mid-September greeted us with unpopulated beaches. The condo itself is spacious, comfortable with updated bathrooms. My sister commented that some of the furniture is slightly dated but who cares? It’s the beach. A multitude of Destin & Miramar restaurants and shops were a quick drive. Definitely recommend this place!

First time to Destin

The property outside looked rough. Didn’t know what I got myself into. Inside was better. Condo was clean. View was better than expected of ocean. Security was not in booth until day 3 when we were then informed we needed a pass to park and were given a map of property, we thought that was funny. Loved being able to pull close to the elevator to load or unload in rain.

Weekend trip

We travelled to Destin for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay here. Construction was done on our building and it was easy to park, quiet and easy to get to the beach. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location. The condo was also beautiful but the floor was very dirty. Our feet were black just by walking across it. Socks got ruined because of the dirtiness. I had also contacted the manager because the reviews had said great location with the exception of construction going on so I reached out and specifically asked about construction on tower two condo 2052. I was instructed that construction is done in that tower, but there would be construction elsewhere on the property, that was a lie. I did reach out to the owner again and she reverted her words and said that there was construction as she instructed me I was told all construction was done on Tower two we had a crane out our window five of the six days and they were working on the basement we had to walk through it to get to the ocean there’s barricades up , but overall the condo was beautiful. The view was beautiful and Anthony our beach attendant was very professional. Overall, I would say this is a great stay.

Nice Stay with some Hiccups

Decent condo, a little dated as is the entire building. Could use some TLC. The laundry room door was jammed upon arrival and would not open, so we had to remove the door handle and replace it to fix it ourselves, luckily my husband is pretty handy. Nice location and the beach chair service was nice as well. Balcony was nice and had a view as shown. Location was decent, but the pool was so far away! Wish we would of known that prior! Construction is still going on, but we knew about that before our stay but some of the workers yelled some inappropriate things towards me, so we were a little uneasy the rest of the stay. Overall, a nice place to stay, but probably would choose elsewhere until the construction is complete!

it was just okay!!

The condo was nice and clean!! The building is under construction and it’s a mess!!! Parking was horrible! Being close to beach was great but you had to walk around a bunch of construction to get to the entrance to the beach!! Just wish we had known about the remodeling before booking!😟

Very dirty

We had to strip the beds and wash our sheets when we arrived. After going to the store to buy detergent. I had to go buy a new coffee pot as the existing one was nasty and mildewed. There was old soap bars left in the bathroom tub. Mainly just overall dirty and not cleaned well at all.

Great location

This condo was so roomy, had a fantastic view and only steps to the beautiful beach and great pool. These are the best mattresses I have ever slept on. We literally took a picture of the mattress because it is better than ours at home. Close to everything, slept 6 comfortably! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

We loved our stay in this unit. Lots of fun things in Destin to do. Property itself is a bit dated but our unit was remodeled and nice. Pros: spacious condo, beach is great (water, sand), lots of things to do close by Cons: beach is narrow and very crowded, umbrellas and chairs are On top of each other
