Complete with stackable washer dryer, open living and dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, this condo has all the conveniences of home plus a location that provides views of the white sandy beach, emerald green water, and remarkable sunsets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful view

Loved our stay but the dryer does not have a vent to the outside. Which meant that it took me an entire day to dry one load of laundry. The dryer would get so hot the safety mechanism should be triggered and the dryer would shut off every 15 minutes.

Ocean lover

Love the location and ocean views -easy access to the pool and beach. This unit needs more kitchen supplies, and cookware only one medium size skillet for cooking, not enough glasses etc. overall a good experience and family fun. We liked having the two double beds in the second bedroom.

Great place

Would have been nice to have baggies or bowls with lids. Something to store food items. There is an area near the pool that people leave items behind for others to use! Floatys, boards & even wagons!

Our Stay in Destin

This is a beautiful place, beautiful condo, very nice. Unfortunately, we were able to access the wrong condo a few units down, thinking it was ours. We put our belongings in and went out to dinner. When we returned, we were unable to access the room. We called Vacasa after hours assistance but to no avail. I finally realized we were at the wrong unit and we were able to access ours! Sadly, there was no one on site and no accurate phone numbers to retrieve our belongings! It took many phone calls and many dead ends before someone from property management arrived and let us retrieve our belongings. We were able to enjoy after half a day wasted. The property manager was less than apologetic.

Destin Trip

I had a hard time checking in. The lock box was so hard to open. I wasn't told that there would not be anyone on site to help if anything went wrong. Had to call and the person I talked to was not helpful at all. She only told me what I already knew but could not help open up the lockbox me and my friends finally kept working with it and it finally got open. We will never stay there again. They only room that have a lock box all the others have a code!

Unit Review

The unit needs some TLC. Kitchen is beautiful but rest of unit just seems a little run down and neglected. 1. Cable jack in master bedroom hanging out of the wall 2. Drawer in fridge broke 3. A couple of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the master bedroom are broke and fall out when opened 4. Ditto in the vanity in master bath 5. Kitchen utensils sparse (no spatula) 6. Table on balcony broken (only had 3 legs) 7. Clothes dryer takes forever to dry clothes

It was great

The only complaint I have really is our couches was soaking/dripping wet from where it was cleaned so we couldn’t sit on them till the next morning after arrival when they dried out. The beds was a little hard but overall we had a great time. I would recommend this condo to anyone!!

Great condo and complex!

The condo was nice and clean. It has a great view of the Gulf and is convenient to everything. We had a problem with the AC, and even though it was during Nate, they had it fixed within two hours. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to get away!

The condo was overpriced based on the condition. Toilets did not work properly, wallpaper had pulled loose from the wall, walls were damaged, lamps inoperable, kitchen faucet was not secured properly, access to the condo to retrieve key was not explained in detail, elevators were slow, condo was dirty (food was on the floor) after cleaning crew had cleaned. Mold and dirt was in bedroom window. The living room was nasty. The anchoring of the balcony seems to be detonating and structural unsafe. The general condition of the condo was very poor. We cannot recommend this condo.
