The Space:
PELICAN BEACH! This fabulous oceanfront house offers three floors of direct oceanfront living, with exquisite sea views and plenty of balconies for the whole family to enjoy.
Professionally decorated in cool blue and white tones, each room exudes an elegant and comfortable coastal vibe. The abundance of windows in the living area provides ocean views for watching dolphins jumping into the crashing surf or migrating Right Whales at the season's end. (November) There is plenty of room to sit back, relax, and enjoy the large-screen smart TVs with Netflix and other programs. Life's a Beach is perfect for larger families and provides many gathering spaces inside and out.
Preparing meals at the beachside is easy with an ample and bright kitchen. Your inner chef will love cooking in a fully equipped kitchen and, most importantly, a direct ocean view. For eating, you have options for both inside and outside. The oceanfront balconies and deck often win out when it comes to mealtime, as it does not get much better than watching the ocean while you eat the fresh fish you caught in the surf that day. A long picnic-style wooden table is on the deck if you eat outside.

The first-floor suite is on its own, with a mini kitchen, king-sized bed, and bathroom. There is also a family room with a Smart TV, bedroom 2 with one twin ( double bunker), and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor features the central kitchen, main living room/ dining room combo (seats 10+), Primary king suite with separate bathroom, and laundry room.
Entrance to the spacious and enlarged outside dock with a beautiful wrap-around deck with ocean views is from the kitchen. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also located there, with a jack-and-jill bathroom. Guest bedroom 4 has a queen bed; guest bedroom 5 has a king-size bed. Both 4 and 5 have private balconies. Guest bedroom 6 is a loft located upstairs on the third floor with a queen bed size.
PELICAN BEACH has a side beach walk over the dunes and takes you directly to the beach. Step outside and follow the designated path (please help protect the dunes by using the main entrance) to your private, pristine beach. The only people who can access the beach here are the locals, so it is incredibly private. The coquina-sand beach is a favorite nesting spot for sea turtles laying their eggs, and at night, you must grab a flashlight and take the kids ghost crab hunting. Your beach playground is perfect for fishing, surfing, walking, hanging out, and reading a book.
You can watch birds walking around picking fish out of the water and observe sea turtles who make nests all year around. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and kids' sand toys are there for you to use. Just bring your family and kids and enjoy your stay. This home is located minutes to many parks and recreations, Intracoastal boat launch access, only 25 minutes to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and only 1 hour from Orlando. Come, stay, and have the best vacation you ever had!
We welcome furry friends for a fee of $100 per pet. Please inform us in advance, and we’ll include them in your reservation.

Welcome to 62 Ocean Street, Palm Coast, FL 32137, Life's a Beach!
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. BBQ gas grill is available to use. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Lawn care takes place on Mondays.

Before departing, Please do the following:
- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

Getting Around:
We recommend you bring your own car. We have plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber is available.
Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
