I did not like the parking arrangements. I did not like that house keeping for not clean my room, and that they only took out the trash. I did not like that only 2 of the elevators were available for usage. I did not like that Patricia the housekeeping supervisor dis t seem to have a care that the iron put off black stuff on my white pants that cannot be taken out. Tiffany the front desk clerk was new and was very not knowledgeable in procedures due to my concerns with my stay. My view was very nice. The young man that checked me in was very knowledgeable and it was a breeze checking in with him.

I expect more for the price! The a/c didnt seem to be working properly. The mattress was so uncomfortable as it was an older style mattress. All i felt were the springs. They only had 2 elevators working so we spent so much time waiting on overpacked elevators. The style of the rooms just seemed so outdated. I could have payed half the price to stay a little farther down the road in a nicer hotel and not of had to pay for parking!

Hotel is a little old (only 2 of 4 elevators worked) but looks like they are renovating. The staff was so kind and happy. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Overall a great experience

We were gettingbready to sleep at about 930 pm apparently someone in hotel near us started blaring loud music! This went on until 230 am when we had to call front desk!! We did not sleep!!!

Hotel was nice , clean and no smoke smell. Pretty views ! Just wasn’t a good place to go to the beach as it’s under construction and what you can get too is a small amount of sand and water. Barely any shells and not swim friendly.

For the price of the room, resort fee and parking fee, I thought this hotel was terrible. Our room had no hot water, the security lever at the top of the door was broken and rusted. There was one outlet out of four in the bathroom that worked. There were only two in the room that worked. We had to unplug the clock to plug in a CPAP machine. The outlets in the lamp were rusty. And they didn't work. I did tell the front desk and the girl said I'm sorry. Then another person said refund the resort fee. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There are too many others in the area.

Beautiful property, we had a magnificent ocean view room in the North tower. The hotel restaurant is very nice. A breakfast buffet and dinner buffet (both a tad pricy) but over all nice and convenient. Of the 3 nights we booked for, we only stayed 1 night. I having become a bit ill (I'm a Diabetic) decide to leave early. Upon checking out and asking the front desk clerk?, (since we're leaving early, could we possibly get a credit for the unused, prepaid portion of our stay?) I was told since I booked throught Hotels.com, you have to call them. So i did. They told me it's up to the Hotel, not us. (Complete run-around!!) DISGRACEFUL and Despicable in my opinion!!!!! So much for using Hotels.com and staying with Hilton. Never again!!!

Was not given room that was advertised by Expedia and hotel was unwilling to change rooms. We were advertised a oceanfront suite, but instead received a cabana which completely blocked any view. Bathroom door did not lock, key reader for front door and remote for light/fan did not work, and had to get maintenance to come replace/fix.

After reading reviews we was concerned about staying here but we had a great experence. We stayed the weekend for 90s con which was great since it was across the street and we could walk! Front desk was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Bellhop and valet parking was very friendly and helpful! We stayed in the north tower, no issue with elevators, our room was very nice and able to see the convention center from out little balcony. Ac worked well, refrigerator worked great, yes there were little stuff like cracks in the tiles in the bathroom and little rust but things happen when your a hotel and stuff gets used everyday. Great stay and will stay again! Thanks Hilton for helping make our 90's con expericence great!
