The kids will enjoy their own dedicated bunk suite, equipped with two bunk beds, toys, a TV, and a game console, ensuring they have a fantastic time during their stay. The heart of the home is the chef’s dream kitchen, furnished with state-of-the-art appliances, including a Ninja food processor, a coffee maker, pancake and waffle makers, and an impressive array of kitchen gadgets for all your culinary creations.

Mechanical Lock is located on the front lower level and  RT lower level side door                      

 


Beach Equipment & grill are located in the storage on the left side.                                                

Please wash sand off the furniture before placing back in the storage area.        
Clean the grill after each use 

 

Before departing, Please do the Following:
Remove bedding and towels and leave in laundry room 
Load & start dishwasher
Take trash out to garage.
Please check for items left behind and don't forget your electronics and chargers!
  
Trash days are Monday / Thursday
Pool cleaning on Thursdays            
Lawn Mowing is on Wednesdays

Other Things to Note:
After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check in instructions.
