Clean room, nice view, nice staff. Parking is ok, but expensive and inconvenient to walk across street. Area around hotel is downtrodden with many homeless present. Resort fee is expensive for little return.

Daytona grande was a beautiful hotel. The entrance of the hotel is stunning and staff were very friendly and helpful. The checkin process was very smooth. Our room was nice and covered all we needed. I was a bit disappointed that the rooms didn’t come with a “hotel guide” with room service menu and different hours of operation. It wasn’t a big deal all I had to do was google the menu. We did order room service and it came up quickly and was delicious. All around it was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our time there for biketoberfest.

We were there during hurricane Milton. We only stayed one night. We decided to leave for safety due to hurricane. They did not refund us any of our money and charged us the full amount for resort fee also. Travelocity did contact them to request refund. They said no. Save your money and go elsewhere. The area around hotel is ghetto with graffiti written on walls on beach area. Will never stay here again

I stay here 1-2 times per year. The scenery is surreal! Very clean and smells good. Very nice staff! The pool snd hot tub is beautiful and so is tbe beach views. 10/10!

We came right after the hotel opened back up from a hurricane. The lobby smelled very ‘musty,’ but our room did not. The property is very clean. It was pretty vacant, which I assume was due to the hurricane. The restaurant was amazing - we were one of six parties total eating. I won’t lie - I liked feeling like we were some of the only ones there. Very quiet! However, with being some of the only people there, we received no upgrades. We also found that we had two free drink tickets behind our room key cards when we checked out. We had only taken out one room key, so we never even noticed and it was NEVER mentioned. We purchased drinks, so that would have been nice to know about. All in all, we felt like regular guests and there were absolutely no VIP perks.
