It is time for you to escape to the ocean on a barrier island just off of the Atlantic! Pull up and stay a while. You don't have to fight to get a parking space or walk a long ways to the door. No wait for fesk clerk or elevators either. We have multiple parking spaces. Welcome to your “Beach Escape”.

This newly renovated three bedroom two bath house sleeps eight comfortably. It offers two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in living room, and 3 XL twin beds in jellyfish bedroom. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. There are no closets but wall hangers with hangers for clothes. Centrally located, only a two minute walk to the beach less than 15 min walk to Daytona Beach Walk. Less then 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and about an hour from Orlando and St. Augustine. You are located next to 7-11 for quick food, supplies and treats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are pedestrians walking by this busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Beach Area.

This family beach bungalow has it all. Come join us for those long days on the beach, swim in the emerald green water, and see the amazing sunsets. We will provide entry codes a couple days before your arrival and are able to do a contactless entry. See you on the sand!

Many days you can check in early, depending on the guests exiting and cleaning protocols schedule. House is thoroughly cleaned between all guests so an early checkin is not always possible. Message the host on the day of your stay, if you’d like to come early as we want you to get your vacation started faster:) Home is not currently set up for pets.

Consider travel insurance for flight or weather issues. We offer an affordable way to travel when you need extra space and not just a hotel/condo room. Security cameras are located on the outside corners of house and used primarily when house is vacant. Driveway is narrow but most people are able to park larger vehicles or trailers. Many times people park near the white fence in the front of the house for motorcycle trailers. We also offer free parking 15 minutes from the house if needed.

If dates are booked, try our other family home:) Both homes are legal rentals which will avoid unexpected trip issues. We welcome all people, languages, ethnicities, and cultures=)

We stayed a week. We had family stay the weekend and there was plenty of room to accommodate. The house is across the street from the beach which is so convenient. It’s nice that it’s next to everything but away from the noise. If we stay in Daytona again this is where we will book.

Great little house. Perfect for small group. Step away from the beach

We arrived in this little house with great expectation and it delivered as promise. Decorated with the spirit of Daytona Beach. It provided our group of 7 with all that we would require during our trip. Inside and outside, even for the beach. We will go back for sure. We recommande all the way.

Close to the beach!

The house is close to the beach and several restaurants. The house is well stocked with anything you would need to cook. The hosts have also thought of almost anything you would need while you are staying there. The hosts were very responsive and kind!

Relaxation by the beach.

This property was excatly as advertised. Closeness to the beach and restaurants was so convenient. The outdoor seating area firepit and grill was great for evening relaxation. The host was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning here.

Close to Everything Daytona and Family Friendly

Loved the way they made great use of the space in the house. So creative and family oriented. Very clean! Beach gear is available too. The hosts were attentive and responded within minutes to our messages. This is a great in-between location for activities both North and South of it on A1A and inland by the river. Easy walk to the Boardwalk area via sidewalk or beach. Erosion up and down the coast from 2022 storms has damaged many beach accesses but improvements are ongoing. It didn't stop us from our daily trips to the beach by car or walking. Thank you Jorie and family for sharing your home with us. Best hosts ever!

Wedding Planning 24

We stayed for the weekend to tidy up plans for my daughters wedding. The host was absolutely amazing & responded promptly to every message. The place has plenty of room, plenty of parking for multiple cars if needed. The back yard was set up nice for some family time and cookouts. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful for family

Our family of four really enjoyed the property over the New Year holiday! The place is clean and has toys/games for little kids. We love the fenced backyard and how easy it is to walk to the beach/restaurants/shops. The kitchen appliances and laundry machines are very handy for our week long stay! Everything works out as described. We had a wonderful time!

Quick get away

We stayed a short time but trip was great! Easy process to get in and owners very easy to get ahold of. Check out process also great. My daughter and I travel frequently and she said this was her favorite place. Very quaint close to shops, beach, and stores. Thank you so much place felt like home :)

The house is convenient located close to everything a short walk to the beach. A convenient shore is located next door. Outside shower very handy. The back yard is fenced in for privacy. Over all it is roomy and cozy hope the next guest enjoy it as much as we did thanks for having us !

Lovely Home Base

A very pleasant and quiet spot. We stayed here while we had a convention at the Ocean Center (only a mile away) and it was the perfect location. We were able to cook our own meals and clean our clothes with ease. Awesome home away from home.

Great house super close to the beach

We loved our stay, no one wanted to leave this wonderful house. They have thought of everything. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Lots of extra blankets, cooking supplies, beach gear, etc. Loved playing the board games they had every evening after coming back from the beach. This house is in a great location. Easy couple minute walk to the beach. And they have a beach cart in the shed to make it easy to carry all the chairs, boogie boards, etc that we needed. Also loved the 2 baths plus outdoor shower. Made it alot quicker for us to clean up after the beach to go out to dinner. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Daytona Beach!
