Overall great location with plenty of places to walk to, felt safe with my family and had no issues. The elevator is still out of service but not a huge deal. Staff was very friendly , hotel just needs some updating . Overall it was a good stay.

Room needs paint for bathroom and doors. Elevator not working. Mediocre lumpy pillows. I’ve visited this Laquinta annually for the last 20 years. Less upkeep and routine maintenance noted every year. Won’t be staying there in the future.

The hotel itself was fine. But at check in ,there was a sign on counter that the elevator was not working. We are older, in our 70's with health issues,knees,back, etc., and having to navigate stairs was not good. We should have been told upon booking about elevator situation and would have chosen a different hotel.

The elevator was broken. Was told out for the last 4weeks. We should have been notified that they had no working elevator. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry the luggage with a bad back.. Also no hot water in shower.

Upon checking into hotel, we were notified the elevators didn’t work! Once we got to our room, all we wanted to do was take a HOT shower. No hot or warm water. Wasn’t just our room it was the same issue for 4 other groups that came with us. You get free breakfast though 👍

We were not advised in advance that the elevator in the building was not working and one of my guest has a leg issue and had to be helped up stairs. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smelly...the place is going down to the dumps.
