Welcome to Casa Bella! This 3/2 residence is located in a fantastic canal-front neighborhood in Cape Coral, close to Matlacha and many area beaches. Complete with three spacious bedrooms, a large heated pool, fully stocked and renovated kitchen, modern living room with high tech amenities, and a great location, Casa Bella is a comfortable, modern, and amenity rich vacation home. This home also features a 10,000 lb boat lift and bikes for guest use.

The Space:
Newly renovated with a sunset facing exposure, this abode is sure to please even the most discerning of travelers. Purchased because of its meticulous cleanliness and condition, guests will be welcomed into a home that not only feels new but also looks the part. Complete with three spacious bedrooms, a large heated pool, fully stocked and renovated kitchen, modern living room with high tech amenities, and a great location, this home is truly a stunning sight to behold.

The living and sleeping spaces in this home are divided across six primary rooms, the living room, dining room/kitchen, master bedroom and bath, guest bedroom 1, guest bedroom 2, and guest bath. The living room is large and spacious with vaulted ceilings and a modern entertainment center, overlooking the canal and featuring a sunset exposure. The dining room features seating for up to six and is located adjacent to the fully equipped and recently renovated kitchen. Directly abutting the kitchen, guests will find a small laundry room that leads out to the garage, with capacity for up to two vehicles. This is also where the bicycles are housed. Guests will find three bedrooms in the home with sleeping arrangements as follows- Master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, guest bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with single beds, and finally the guest bath located off of the hallway separating the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also leads directly out onto the lanai where the pool and outdoor dining table are located, providing guests with an excellent indoor/outdoor bathroom that can be utilized when spending long days at the poolside.

In terms of location, this home is situated in the Southwesterly portion of Cape Coral, very near to Matlacha and Pine Island (5 minute trip) with the nearest major thoroughfare being Veterans Parkway, providing guests with simple on/off access to Fort Myers (10 minute trip) and the nearby beaches of Sanibel and Captiva (30 minute trip). There are numerous restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions nearby to Casa Bella, with more than five major shopping centres featuring high end retail and dining experiences within a 5 mile radius of this home. As Casa Bella is canal-front, guests can also feel free to bring their boat and dock it either at the dock or lift portion of our home. Our lift is a 10,000 lb boat lift and can accommodate most flats or bay boats up to 24 feet in length. This home features direct gulf access and guests can navigate directly from our backyard to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico with ease!

The Neighborhood:
Known for its fun and quickly evolving populace, Cape Coral is a metropolitan area that is close to Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers beaches, but feels like a vacation destination. Renters enjoy more affordable rates than the surrounding barrier islands and quick access to all SW Florida has to offer, in addition to amenities one would expect from a luxury accommodation. This home is located on a direct access canal, meaning renters can keep their boat on the convenient lift and lower into the canal on demand, whenever the urge to hit the sparkling blue waters overcomes them. Additionally, this house is extremely close to a number of restaurants and shopping districts.

This property is not contractor friendly, if you are intending to stay at this property for the purpose of rendering hurricane contracting services during your stay we ask that you please book elsewhere. Guests must complete a rental agreement following confirmation of booking. There are exterior facing cameras at Casa Bella.
