This family home is perfect for a fun-filled stay in the sunshine state! Step inside to be greeted by the vaulted ceiling and open floor plan with a sunken living room (which includes a few steps). Its well-designed interior gives the home a spacious layout, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the full kitchen, then enjoy your meals in the dining area. The screened-in patio and pool have a serene view of the large lush yard, with plenty of space to enjoy and spread out comfortably. This amusing screened-in patio also features two convenient amenities that are essential to host a cookout: two comfortable outdoor dining areas with space for your entire group and a private gas grill!

Nearby, you'll find various restaurants, so fine dining is never far from your reach in case you don't feel like staying in and cooking for the entire group. Take a trip to one of the local parks such as Veterans Park, the Jason Verdow Memorial Park, Founders Park, etc. to enjoy outside entertainment and games. You'll find cinemas and theaters just a short drive away, as well as a few performing arts theatres. You can even take a trip to one of the nearby amusement parks for a full day of fun such as Mike Greenwell's Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park (seven miles north), Sun Splash Family Waterpark (six miles north), Zoomers (11 miles south), and more! Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know after returning to their vacation home, an EV charger is conveniently located in the garage.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our stay was enjoyable - location was great, house was well stocked for everything (cooking, laundry, the pool....). We were pleasantly surprised with some of the extras including the privacy screens built into the pool cage, the pool cover, a warmer on the patio, a thoughtful welcome basket, in-garage parking (!!), any potentially needed tools and the list could go on. The Vacasa folks and the owners were responsive to comments. I would definitely rent again.

Decent house but overpriced.

We stayed at this house for 10 days and while we enjoyed our trip we have some feedback. We paid a lot of money for this house, much higher than others, and there were a ton of fees on top of it. This ended up being very over priced for what it is. The neighborhood is not close to anything and anyone booking should be very clear that there is not much to do in Cape Coral. It is a 45-2 hour drive to any activities. The homes in this neighborhood did not look well taken care of. The landscaping was minimal and there were cars parked on the grass. However, the neighbors we met were very nice. When we arrived the thermostat was locked and we couldn't make it cooler. It took awhile for the property company to contact the owners to unlock it. The kitchen had no paper goods including no paper plates, cups or napkins. We were also only given a few rolls of garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper so we had to buy our own. I feel for this price this should have been provided. None of the bedrooms have a TV. Master Bedroom had no hangers but after requesting them, the property manager brought us some. The 3rd bedroom mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. The pool is great and had pretty lighting but we had to pay a lot extra for the heating where the rest of our friends did not pay extra. The garage had the owners car in it while the posting said 2 garage spots. They should update the posting. The house was overall very clean with the exception that the couch had cardboard under the seats and dirt all over. The property management company was very responsive. The gas tanks had no gas and they came out the next day to replace them. Also my daughter left her teddy and they shipped it to us immediately. Overall, this house was ok but did not meet our expectations for the price we paid.

Wonderful Home

The home was clean and spacious. Loved the pool especially with the pandemic going around and the beaches and community pools being closed we could still go swimming. The yard wasn’t huge for the kids to run around in but they could play on driveway. And it was more than some places have. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful Oasis

We enjoyed our stay very much! The interior of the home is beautiful however the exterior needs a little work. The landscaping is less then desirable and the landscaping could be updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for making your home our home away from home!

Perfect Vacation

This house is in excellent condition and I had a great vacation. I am assuming it is a new rental but had everything necessary to make your stay perfect. The master bedroom was oversized and the bed was awesome. I can’t wait to go back!
