This location offers a speedy drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 35 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.

Beach House features beautiful airy décor with a beach theme in mind, the three bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, and one bedroom featuring two twin beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this generous set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space as well as very modern amenities. The kitchen, living room and dining table offer plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of everything.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
