The property appeared tired and need of some maintenance. The lifts rattled. The rooms were big and adequate. But the bathroom needed to be fixed up / cleaned. Panel behind sink lose, bath panel damaged and wall paper suspiciously marked. Didn't touch the in-house soap/shampoo as they were not clean. No heating in Aberdeen in October was ridiculous. Twice asked reception and twice assured was switched on. It wasn't. Bar was nice and staff friendly. Breakfast was ok but queue for coffee/tee and toaster as not enough for number of guests. Not a 4 star hotel. Only good thing was the location. Couldn't recommend based on our stay.

Quite slow at clearing tables in the bar area. Tried to amend our booking on arrival to breakfast only on two mornings instead of three due to early departure, was offered a take away bag which we did not need due to our departure time. Refund could not be given as it was seemingly hotels.com who controlled it all. Other that we had a very pleasant stay and will certainly return.

No good for gold members

This hotel rarely offers a room upgrade for gold members. And never give you the 20% discount at the restaurant. I shouldn't have to ask for it.

Perfect location

Room was big, bed very comfortable. Needs updating, especially bathroom with no walk-in shower.Very convenient for shopping and restaurants.

Nice reception noisy and won’t return

Reception area lovely. Rooms basic and dates. Comfort beds not comfortable and pillows so hard but both preference I appreciate. Room 419 noisy all night with loud bands from bus station and work around. Awake since 4 this morning and so noisy and uncomfortable. Disappointed. Staff nice.

The leonardo hotel was fantastic, the location was perfect for shopping, it was great for places to eat all and all the best hotel I’ve stayed in, would recommend to anyone

L'arrivée à l'hôtel par voiture fut extrêmement difficile car nous n'avions eu aucun renseignement pour si rendre. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et attentionné, particulièrement au restaurant.
