The dryer took 3 hours to dry my clothes and I told them they should replace it or have it fixed. Otherwise our short stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

Nicely designed room. Comfortable bed and great shower. The airport nearby didn't cause us any problems; in fact I enjoyed watching the planes and helicopters coming and going.

Tremendous visit - with one catch

A tremendous stay and I rate all staff very highly with one exception. When trying to clarify a simple matter on pricing with a staff member we were made to feel unwelcome. The duty manager adopted a very accusatory tone and did not allow for an explanation of the circumstances and nor was I offered any apology for the confusion which the hotel had allowed to present itself in the first place. So, a very enjoyable stay during which all other interactions and transactions were perfectly pleasant and in a hotel which has fantastic facilities, cleanliness and atmosphere, somewhat tarnished by a duty manager who seemed more intent on pointing the finger than meeting the needs of her customers. Disappointed.

It’s starting to get to be a bit dated but the big size accessibility rooms well make up for that, the buffet breakfast was nice and you had lots to choose from, I’d book again

Excellent Hotel

Absolutely loved the room. It was spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and a small fridge which was really handy. I really liked the design of the rooms- a sliding door cordoned off the toilet and shower leaving the sink and dressing area free to use. I’ll definitely use this hotel again when I’m back in Aberdeen👍

This is one of the best budget priced chain hotels we have ever stayed in. The design of the room was fantastic, attention to detail using every inch of space was very effective. Terrific power shower with 2 shower heads, great toiletries plus really comfy bed. Above all it is located right next to the concert venue taking out a lot of stress. We parked by the hotel too for a small fee.

Comfortable Stay!

Nice room, very comfortable beds and the shower was wonderful. Considered staying an extra night it was such a nice place. Restaurant food was mediocre at best but live entertainment was great while enjoying a beverage from the bar. Breakfast was good with many slelectiona.
