Good location. No problem with room. My only comment for improvement would be the start of breakfast service being 8am had this been 6.30 am then I would give it a better rating. I would stop there again as everything else was faultless

Great staff, we had a problem with the window in the original apartment we booked. They couldn't solve the problem but were more than happy to move us to another Apartment a 2 minute walk away. Also offered for someone to come and help with our bags. Overall great experience and would happily stay again.

Central and fine for a night or two
Central and comfortable, with friendly and efficient staff. The place could do with a bit of updating, but for the price it was fine. Quite noisy outside if you’ve got the window open, but it was a Friday in the city centre, so kind of expected! The restaurant downstairs does basic pub food, ok for a quick bite before heading out. All in all, it’s fine for a night or two, and would stay again.

Nice hotel, but the buses were loud, the buses also shaked the building as they went by. The crosswalk bell was very loud.

Arrived late at night, tired and hungry only to be met with a «less than friendly» receptionist, I got the distinct impression that she wanted me out of sight as soon as possible. No smile, no hospitality whatsoever. Really? Where do they find these people? The staff I met in the morning was nice and polite. No complaints. The overall impression: nice rooms, breakfast is not included. Leaving is a much better experience than arriving.

Breakfast at the hotel was good. Molly’s Restaurant also offered tasty dinners. Parking was nearby as advertised. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Getting to our room was like going through a maze but the room was clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Had a lovely 3 night stay at The Douglas. Which was less than an 5 minute walk from many amenities. Arrived 2 hours early for check in but our room was ready and we managed to check in right away, receptionist very helpful and friendly. Our room albeit a bit dated, was clean and fresh. The buffet breakfast, had plenty choice, and everything was of good quality. Dining staff extremely attentive and made sure nothing was running out. All in all a great experience at this hotel, and would have no reason to not recommend it. My partner and I will certainly be staying here on our next trip to Aberdeen.
