Disappointed in cleanliness and overall vibe. The staff tried but they’re volunteers.

Lenient, laid back, good location - needs work

Lenient, laid back approach from staff has its advantages and disadvantages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hostel only took cash and they were patient is my wife and I paying as we needed to get to an ATM in Tulum. The condition of our room left little to be desired and the place as a whole was a far stretch from the pictures listed. That being said the price was competitive for the area and we were only a 10 /15 min walk from the beach and the Mayan Ruins. The place is a hostel and is really best for backpackers, and can bit a loud at night because of this. Also the car parking facilities consists of an alley for two cars to park up so you can easily be blocked in. To be fair staff were always present and there to help in such an event. In all, the spirit of the Lobo Inn is fantastic, breakfast was ok staff very lovely however if you're looking for the usual hotel comfort then this place is not for you.

Vi stod inte ut...

Litet slitet hotell vid stor trafikerad väg. Nära till Tulum ruiner. Fruktansvärt skitigt och slitet. Världens sämsta frukost; kaffe, en rostad smörgås, 1/3 banan och en ananasskiva. Äckliga skitiga plasttallrikar. Gula, skitiga lakan. Inget varmvatten i duschen. Enligt flera andra recensioner lånade de ut cyklar gratis, inte till oss, vi fick hyra cyklarna. Poolen går inte att bada i. Konstiga regler som inte följs!
