There is no quiet place in this hotel. Music is always so loud, even at night. The walls are paper thin, I can hear the conversation in the next room. Check out took too long. The clerk was on the phone for 5 minutes and did not help me. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are big. The gym is too hot. The food is affordable. The facility is nice but the music is very distracting

Great place, it’s the second time we stayed at this hotel. I love its perfectly located, the room is nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly and kind. Around the area there’s plenty of options to eat, I felt very safe walking around in the main street. Pool was nice, I like that they have two, one in the first floor and the other one in the roof top. Also if you plan on having trips, its perfectly located. All of our trips that we booked had no problems picking us up at the hotel reception.

The hotel was very clean and nice. There was an odor in the room, but it was very clean. Loved the roof top bar and the food. We only stayed for 1 day. The front desk lady wasnt very friendly when we were asking her aboit the best way to travel and get around in Tulum.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. Have stayed here in the past. All around the Aloft Tulum is a great value hotel for the $. Great rooms, great pool(s),great staff, and very clean. Also convenient location for short cab ride to Ruins, Downtown, Beach. For the budget traveler you can’t go wrong, and will be pleasantly surprised how nice the property is 😉👍 Myself, I look forward to future stays at the Aloft Tulum 😎
