Drive a quarter-mile down the road and you are at Seminole city mall for even more shopping and dinning . The entire condominium is yours to use. Awesome open concept design with high ceilings and crown molding in every room make this home shine! Everything is new- all beds, linens, couches, tables, chairs, dishes, furnishings. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room has a sofa bed with queen pull out bed. The living room features a huge 65 inch smart tv and each bedroom has its own smart tv as well. Condo is fully stocked with all furnishings, linens, towels, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee, shampoo, body wash, creamer, plates silverware etc. Centrally located for a day on the town with easy access to St. Pete, Indian rocks, Indian shores, Clearwater, Largo, Johns pass and Madeira beach. In the mood to stay in for the night ? Turn on the electric fireplace to display or heat mode and enjoy the beautiful glow. Home boasts a huge walk in shower and large 10 foot kitchen peninsula with bar top perfect for entertaining.Pets allowed, maximum two pets each must be 25 pounds were under per association rules. Great host and location!

Sandra was a great host! She was very available and quick with responses. The property was contemporary and very clean. She even left a welcome gift when we arrived! The beach and waterfront restaurants were about a 7 minute drive, so great location! The neighborhood was quiet and gate secured. As a family of 5 (with a Yorkie) the space was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Best spot in Seminole

We LOVED this condo and the apartment. It truly felt like home while we were there. The Host thought of every product and amenity you would need so you truly just need to bring your bathing suit and tooth brush. The unit sheek and glam is a few seconds walk to the pool and grill area. Pool was so clean and didn’t have an over powering chemical smell and has lights at night. The gym was also well maintained and both pool and gym are open late which was so convenient. The condo is furnished with families in mind with lots of books and games. I also loved all the natural light the apt gets. The location is close to shopping and restaurants as well as within walking distance to a great walk and bike trail that takes you to a playground that my kids loved. Sandra was the BEST host and is even helping us mail back some items we forgot. She goes above and beyond!! Thank you for everything!

First floor unit with comfortable & modern furnishings. Beautiful walk in shower and tile floor. Sofa very comfortable and kitchen set up perfect. Lucky for us we had handicap placard so we had access to parking without any issues.

Cute condo

When we first arrived, it was very clean and had beautiful place settings on the kitchen bar top and table area with wine and coffee gifts. The master bedroom had a nice king size bed and huge closet to store all our bags in. The 2nd bedroom had a queen size bed, very comfortable. Both rooms had very nice ceiling fans for a goodnight sleep. Pullout couch was ok for little kids. Slept well and really enjoyed the pool and grill area. Felt like we had it to ourselves! Very wellkept grounds. Little lizards were cute on the patio.

Wonderful vacation

We loved our stay at Sandra‘s place. It was Homie and had everything you would ever need beautifully decorated and was pleased with how clean it was. Normally, you don’t find good places to stay that are. The beds were comfy and the kitchen is beautiful. The pool was clean and nice lots of lounge chairs. No stairs apartment on the lower level. It was in a good location too many restaurants, beaches and grocery stores great security and felt safe while there.

The condo. has an excellent location. Quick drive to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Nice amenities; tennis court, pool, gym, patio with grills. Friendly customer service check-in. Safe gated community. Host was available to answer questions. Condo. well equipped with all essentials for a home away from home. Condo. was very beautifully decorated and clean. Fully functional kitchen that you may cook all meals there. Washer and dryer in unit convenience. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home Away From Home! Perfect Experience!

My stay @ this property was perfect! The location was ideal for me. Not only was it close to my daughters place, it’s ten minutes (give or take) from Madeira Beach. The place was immaculate. The ambiance of the property, for me, screamed Peaceful.” It was very clean, everything you need is there. For example, cooking ingredients, pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. The rooms are spacious with “smart” tv’s. The shower is extra large and very clean!! I could go on for hours but if you contemplating staying at this property vs another…I would jump on THIS property. It’s perfect! Communication with the host was superb as well. Book it now before it’s gone. You won’t regret it!
