Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator and the pool are fully operational, and direct beach access is available.

Sea Breeze #505 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. Spacious 710 sq. ft. floorplan. Queen size bed in the bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Living room and bedroom both have large flat screen TV's with a Blu-ray DVD player. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Beautiful view and great location!

The condo was clean, the leasing agents were very responsive and helpful, the bed was comfortable for us (the mattress is firm) and the condo is within walking distance to John’s Pass, Hubbard’s marina, and restaurants.The pool and hot tub were not usable.It appeared that the pool and hot tub had sustained damage from the catastrophic weather events in 2024. We booked this condo in January and the VRBO site did not mention that the pool and hot tub were not usable. Overall, we would stay here again.

Our first time to this area! It was WONDERFUL! Not crowded at all! We will definitely be back! Lots of great restaurants and activities to do! The only negative for us was the beds. If we would have been staying any longer, we would have had go to walmart get something for for the master bedrooms bed! Overall, great condo! Thank you!!!

Nice stay!

The condo is right on the beach, an easy walk to John's Pass. Plenty to do without going far at all. We put 76 miles on our rental car for the whole week. We'll definitely be back!

The room and view were awesome but it really needs a washer and dryer inside each condo. The elevator was slow and hot as hell. Check in was a hot 200 yard walk. The bed was also a twin, really too small for a couple.

Very nice

It was very nice and we had a wonderful time. The only thing that was disappointing was that the drain stop in the tub didn’t work. I was kind of looking forward to a bubble bath. They didn’t have beach chairs or beach towels so if someone is planning on renting this, bring your own. We had our own so it wasn’t a big deal. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch bed wasn’t. Overall, we’d go back and were pleased. 🙂

With some upgrades this would be an amazing rental. The appliances, carpet counters and furniture need upgrades. The bed was very comfortable. The views are spectacular. Some beach chairs for guests to use would be nice. Don the maintenance guy keeps the facility clean and is very helpful. All and all this rental was good. 601 is beautiful hint hint.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! The unit was very clean and a perfect size for a couple. The ocean view is fantastic, you can see for miles! Very short walk to John’s Pass with plenty of restaurants and shopping. My only suggestion would be that they offer beach chairs/towels with the room or as part of the rental. We would absolutely stay again!
