The area the hotel is in is great...can walk to the beach and into town very easily. A lot is still under construction from when the hurricane hit...but there was still plenty to do within walking distance. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed the week I was there yet I was still charged the full resort fee. Street noise was a bit much at times...but that's unavoidable if you're on the beach side of the hotel.

Was not told the pool is closed. Should have been told no pool facilities. Also, construction outside began very early and could not "sleep in" at all. Noise level very loud. A gratuity for inconvenience would be appreciated. Thank you.

Charged a resort fee but yet pool was closed, restaurant was closed , charged for parking. This hotel is not on the beach, its across the street, pictures are deceiving....

Great hotel close to everything from the beach, restaurants, shopping and areas to visit and things to do. You can go on a boat trip, fish or even party on a boat right next to the hotel. Great location to stay even if you don't have a car. you can even rent a beach buggy car, So much fun, We really enjoyed our 7 days stay. Staff was very pleasant. We even had free breakfast included. Cant wait to do it again.

Hotel is clean. Staff is polite and friendly. Awesome rooftop bar. Everything is in walking distance. Only complaint I could have would be the water pressure in the shower. Definitely not a deal breaker. I will return.

Couldn't get in the room. Took an hour and had to go back four times with keys that didn't work. They apparently have a problem with old electronic door locks and malfunction. We just wanted to get off the road and relax. It didn't need to take an hour.
