YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!! Step into this beautiful beach condo and leave all your worries behind. This unit has just been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. Freshly painted in fall of 2017- New furnishings, remodeled bathrooms, new therapeutic extra deep mattresses, new ac, Wi-Fi ready & modern décor – all together make this a great spot to relax in luxury. The guest room has a queen bed with an additional futon to accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two small children. The master has a king bed and boasts beautiful views of the water without leaving the bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and flat screen TV's abound including the 60 plasma TV in the living room.
The fully equipped eat-in kitchen provides plenty of room for 3 or more cooks or plenty of counter space for delivery from any of the many great local eateries. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to pack lightly.
The private balcony provides a great spot to just take in the view, have a meal or enjoy a glass of wine while viewing the awe inspiring sunsets. It is a great napping spot as well!
Take a walk on the miles on sandy white beaches or enjoy the heated pool and spa and any time.
Looking for a little more adventure with your kids, Disney World and Universal Studios are 90 minutes away and Busch Gardens/ Adventure Island is a quick 35 minute drive.

Beach Vacation!

The condo is large and comfortable. The balcony is great to sit and enjoy watching the pool or the ocean waves. It is located pretty close to restaurants and shopping. The only downside was not get the entry codes or parking pass but other people staying there helped us out. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous view and great location on the beach

We’ve stayed in these condos before in a different unit and loved both of them. This one has a great view of the water as well as the pool area. It is very spacious and stocked with beach towels, sand and pool toys as well as beach chairs and even a pop up for hot, sunny days. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience at Indian Shores Condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Beach Cottage condo unit in Florida. Mercedes was very responsive and attentive to our needs and we were impressed by how promptly she addressed any concerns that arose. The unit itself was spacious and beautifully furnished with a stunning balcony that offered breathtaking views of the sunset. The ensuite bathroom had a large shower and excellent water pressure and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Additionally, the outdoor furniture, kitchen amenities and beach supplies provided added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Great Location!

The only black mark was that we had serious trouble entering the property for the first day and a half due a malfunction in the coded system. I think maybe the battery was going low. However, the owner took care of it in a very prompt manner. That is the only thing that prevented this from being a five star

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this condo for a great beachside vacation. It was a well-equipped condo, very comfortable with plenty of seating and a balcony view of the pool and Gulf. Very nice

Condo was a little aged but very clean. Everything was working except the internet. If I remember correctly the modem needed to be replaced. Once we contacted the manager they arranged for someone to replace it. Unfortunately it couldn’t happen before our departure. Also, a few slats were missing from the window covering in the master bedroom. Condo is in a nice location and has convenient parking, is maintained nicely and has great beach access.

I will not book with this host and condo again

Check in was at 4 and at 430, the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned prior to the last renter. We called the owner who said she would clean it. We were not able to check in until after 8pm. She advised we could put our items in the condo. We saw the dirty condition of the condo and did not want to leave our items it. The host told us she would buy dinner saying it "was the least she could do" We were exhausted. We wanted to check in and have the groceries picked up while two of us rested. We did not want a big dinner out without resting and showering. When we checked in after 8 we were advised the A/C wasn't working, but that it felt "comfortable" It was not comfortable. It was hot and miserable after a long day of traveling. The entire next morning there was a stranger in our condo working on the air until after noon. We lost a day and a half of our trip. The room was not clean when we got into it. The floors were greasy. There was mold growing on the ceiling above the bar. The toilet did not flush well. I bought bleach to clean the bathroom because it smelled. I asked the host to comp one night and was told offering dinner was sufficient. It was apparent she was relying on the fact that I was out of state and it would cost me significantly if I intended to hold her legally to the contract. The dinner out, she did not pay for, but the cost was not close to equivalent. The area was perfect and I will go back to the area but NOT this Owner.
