It was just ok.
In all fairness to the property owners , I feel that when reviewing a stay , I have to include the management company and the building amenities.
My rating for the condo would be a 4/5. The rating for everything else would be a 2/5 - averaging a 3/5.
The condo itself is very well kept and nicely stocked with the essential kitchen ware. It was described as luxurious - which I think is a stretch. There are parts that are dated like the master bed and the showers. The location is great as it is across from John’s Pass but that also means it is very busy and noisy.
As for the management company , I think they failed miserably. There are lists everywhere with rules for the building area and the pool. We saw at least half of them being broken over the week we were there, with zero enforcement. We even sent a written complaint about the group of women around the pool blaring the music. Not the relaxing vacation we wanted from busy work schedules. Our parking spot was taken three times, people had towels hanging from their balconies. Lots of stuff being stored in the hallways. Lots of saving of chairs and tables all day and not using them. Kids yelling from their balconies to the people around the pool. I know this has a lot to do with the types of visitors that were there and their disregard for others , but if you’re going to set rules at least enforce them.
Overall it was ok but on our next visit we’ll head down the beach a ways where it’s quieter. PS the elevator is slow !!
