Fabulous Condo
Scott and Tammy are amazing host. We arrived with a welcoming basket and a nice card. The place was well equipped with beach chairs, towels and everything you need for the beach. We watched dolphins from our balcony. The roof top view of the gulf and bay is amazing. We were able to do our laundry before we headed home. The neighbors are very friendly helped us load our luggage in the car as we were backing up to leave for the airport. We walked to the Gulf of Mexico daily 3 min or less walk. There is a place to wash sand of feet before you head back to the condo. The beds are very comfortable. Scott recommended some place to eat. We gave them a try and were very happy. The pool and hot tub are very nice also we spent some time in them also. They offer grills in the pool area if you would like to eat at the condo. There is a covered seating in the pool area if you need some shade. Scott also provided us with an app to rent baby cribs and high chairs for the little ones. That was very helpful. Scott and Tammy went above a beyond to make sure our stay was a 5 star. We will definitely be returning. You will love your stay here. Thank you.

Indian Shores Condo
The stay was just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was frequent and extremely helpful. Pool, tennis and pickleball courts recently updated and in immaculate condition. Gulf/beach access was very convenient. Sunrise over intercoastal and sunset over gulf views were amazing. Would definitely look to stay again next year!

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. The beach wagon and accessories were an unexpected surprise. Great views with relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the water from the balcony. Any questions I had were responded to immediately throughout the entire process. The condo community was also very nice and welcoming of our family. We would definitely stay there again.

I can’t say enough about this rental and its hosts. From the gift basket waiting for us, to the completely stocked kitchen/bathrooms, they thought of everything! Hosts checked in often to see if we needed anything and to keep us updated on pool renovations (pool was completed while we were there and was amazing). Hosts had great recommendations for dinners and activities. There is a mini golf place nearby that the kids had a blast playing at. I have zero complaints! Highly recommend both the complex and the owners! We will be back!

This condo is prepared to help you have fun. There are lots of items to use at the beach, rackets for tennis or Pickleball and fishing poles to use on the deck. Need a break from the sun there are games, puzzles and books. Great place to enjoy a Florida vacation!

Scott was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed to make it a great week. The amenities were top notch! My boys always had something to do. The tv wasn’t turned on once the whole week! The beautiful weather helped too. I wish we could return but they only rent by the week and we will be staying in the area longer next time. But if you are looking for a seven nights stay, I would highly recommend this place and these hosts. It was great!!

Great Experience
We have a great vacation at this rental! The location is nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the pool. The unit was very nice and had all the beach supplies we needed to go to the beach across the street. We loved walking to the beach, walking to coffee shop, grilling at the property and relaxing at the pool. Scott was a great communicator and made everything easy and made sure we had what we needed.

I'm sure anyone would be happy staying at this updated, nice and clean condo. Everything was provided for from beach accessories to fishing poles and games. Close to beach accesses, restaurants and shopping. The large balcony facing the intercoastal waterway is especially relaxing and enjoyable. Just Awesome!
We highly recommend this condo. It is nicely updated, comfortable & well equipped. Beautiful intercoastal views right outside the living room and bedroom, with the visit of occasional dolphins. The owners are easy to communicate with and super friendly/helpful. Such relaxing property, also centrally located to beaches and lots of other activities. Highly recommend!

This condo was one of the best we have ever rented. When we arrived we had a wonderful welcome basket and note! The condo supplied us with everything we needed and more. Scott and Tammy thought of everything down to the detail to ensure we had an enjoyable week. They communicated with us prior to arrival and throughout our stay. We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo! It is perfectly situated amongst all of the beaches. A block away from the beach, amazing sunset on the beach! The sunrise was beautiful from the balcony as well! The amenities were great and the owners were excellent in providing such great advice about the area and very easy to work with! The condo was stocked with paper products and toiletries. We had an amazing vacation and absolutely loved the condo and the area, looking forward to going back!!! While their we enjoyed Salt Rock Grille and Crabby’s on the pass, both were delish!!

Wonderful Stay
This condo has everything you need. The location is great, short walk to ocean, (across parking lot) short drive to everything. They provided many little extra's in the condo which did not go unnoticed thank you. Scott and Tammy were excellent with communication, and tending to any request, and checking on us to see if we had any issues. We have stayed in the complex many times and this was by far our favorite place. We are already looking hopin to return next year.

Best Vacation Ever
From start to finish this was one of the absolute best rental experiences that we have had. The communication was great, the location is perfect, and the unit is absolutely beautiful! We spent 2 weeks here, and felt at home from the moment we walked in. We love the space, all the extras to use for the beach, and the property has so much to do. We sat on the balcony and watched countless birds, boats, dolphins and manatees. We swam, played tennis and shuffle board, and went to the roof top deck to enjoy the sunrise and great views of the back of the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and we celebrated a birthday just like we would at home. We had adults, teens, and younger kids and everyone of us felt like we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be back! If in doubt about where to stay you will not go wrong here. We could not recommend hosts or a place more strongly than this one.

Florida Vacation
This was a perfect find! This two-bedroom condo is clean, bright, specious and beautifully renovated! It is equipped with everything you may need for your vacation and more. Perfectly located, short walk to the beach, several restaurants nearby and a two mayor grocery stores about five minutes drive. The tennis courts are in excellent condition and are equipped with lights, we were able to play every night of our stay as the courts were not busy. The host was in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed and was responding within minutes to any question we had. Our family spent a beautiful week here and we would definitely recommend this condo and host to anyone!

We were very lucky to find this beautiful, well equipped, great location, and WONDERFUL hosts condo. The location on the intercoastal is so much fun; you can sit and relax on the deck, watch the dolphins, manatees and boats go by, also, beautiful sunrises from the deck and then go out the front door to watch the sunset. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach. Scott & Tammy are the best hosts we have ever had at a VRBO and we have stayed at many. Before we went they were in contact with us providing detailed information about the condo and the area. If we had any questions Scott responded immediately. The condo has EVERYTHING you need including a very nice welcome basket. Just bring your swimsuit, flip flops and be ready to have a wonderful stay in this comfortable condo.

All the amenities and attention to detail made the stay very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any question.
