Layout of the hotel does not make sense. Felt uncomfortable walking through corporate events in my beach wear. Staff at the market were a little aggressive when we decided not get breakfast there. She stated that it was run by Hyatt and the foods were fresh, and across the street was frozen food. Trying to reason the high prices on the menu. Loved how close it was to the beach. Pool area was nice and having chairs to watch the sunset was a nice touch. Missed out on some access to the hot tub do to a private event. Hot tub should be relocated to the pool area. Guests shouldn’t miss out on an amenity because of private event.

We received an incredible room upgrade that was a fabulous surprise at check in! Views were fantastic. Staff members were friendly. We love the safety and ability to walk everywhere.

Staff was nice. I booked a vacation 4 months in advance. I chose hyatt resort mainly because of the reviews of cleanliness. The room was full of smudges. Walls and baseboards were filthy. The beds were so worn out. Very uncomfortable. My back is killing me. I paid top dollar to stay at this resort. I was charged 36 dollars a day to park at a place i paid to stay. I was even charged 36$ on the last day when checked out at 9am. The place is very rundown. Very disappointed

I was very satisfied until I ordered room service from the restaurant Shor and was told that the order was received and being prepared and after 1 1/2 hour wait I went to check on my order and was told that they never received my order and then checked with the quick stop attendant who looked at the computer and gave a look that ohh I forgot to put this in and was told they have no order but I can order a sandwich or snack because the restaurant kitchen was closed, I ordered a ribeye steak, scallops and grouper nuggets for dinner not a club sandwich, was told sorry and staff just walked away, very poor service
