It was the most amazing stay. The beds were so comfortable. The room was great. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast was different everyday. Would definitely return

This hotel is advertised as a hotel at "Central Clearwater Beach," but this is not the case. While this location has Pool and Hottub amenities I was very disappointed in the quality of the Hotel room itself. The tub stopper was not functional and we had to rig a way to keep the water in the tub. The Microwave was filthy, absolutely disgusting with food debris all over the interior walls of the Microwave from a previous customer. The floor, despite seeming clean, would blacken the bottom of your socks. The employees were nice enough, but that does not excuse the state of this hotel at the time we stayed.

Rooms are very run down and dingy. All doors are filthy. No pressure in the shower. Non smoking room still smelled like cigarettes. Was a quick overnight stay or I would have never code this place. Will definitely go with my usuals next trip

I do not think this property should be open right now. We traveled from Michigan to see a specialist for my daughter’s medical treatment & booked this hotel last minute. Upon arriving I checked the bed & linens which were all very clean and seemed brand new. New floors & paint, new remodel in the bathrooms. Under the paint & tile it’s absolutely full of mold. I have pictures of the ceiling in our room on the first floor. It caused my daughter to have a severe flare up & her to be hospitalized. Myself, my babysitter, and my other child who do not have chronic illness all became ill. We are still sick & it’s been 4 days since we left. We spent 12 hours total in the room. To me it seems like the facility recently flooded. They dried it out the best they could & did some remodeling. Now the mold is coming through without notice from management.

First room key there was people in the room ; second key room there was a guest in her room . It took 3 time to get a valid key room which delayed me for my dinner plans . The conditions in the room was below my expectations. Toilet roll was dangling . Lightbulb wouldn’t turn off and that was just a few thing to mentions . Very diss appointed.
