This property is great for large family gatherings with plenty of space to spread out. This vacation home has a total of 5 bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bath upstairs plus this house also has a separated Master Studio Suite in the lower level portion with its own entrance. This Suite has a kitchenette, king bed, twin over full bunkbed, twin pull out sofa and full bathroom with tub/shower. The upper and lower levels of the home are not connected through the inside of the home. They have separate outside entrances. It has a large heated saltwater pool and plenty of outdoor space for grillin and chillin! An abundance of outdoor patio furniture including hammocks for relaxing. On the front porch you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun. Kitchen has a Large dining table with seating for ten people. Open concept living area has large sectional couch and 70 inch TV. This home also has smart TV’s in every bedroom. Location is key with this home! You can walk across the street to the fishing pier to throw in a line or just watch the sunset. Or walk 2 blocks to quaint downtown Palm Harbor which has DeBines Brewery, Salty Lime Cantina, Thirsty Marlin, Fireside Pizza plus more! You can also hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to Famous Clearwater Beach or do some shopping in Tarpon Springs. The Pinellas Bike trail is one block away this house has 4 bikes for guests to use. Looking for adventure? Busch Gardens Theme park is only 22 miles away. Also Disney World and Universal Studios are only 76 miles away. Plenty of opportunities for fishing close by with deep sea, backwaters or bass fishing on Lake Tarpon. Plus very close to many beautiful golf courses including the famous Innisbrook- Copperhead Course. Short drive to see any of the major sports teams Go Champa Bay! Bucs, Lighting and Rays! Plus spring training camps for Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies. You really cannot find a better central location to everything Tampa/Clearwater has to offer.

Amazing Family vacation

Great location, wonderful house, gorgeous pool and outside area! The hosts were so great to work with and made our family vacation so awesome! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful, accommodating Florida vacation. So close to some of the best restaurants, beaches and of course, Phillies Spring training.

Great fit for our family

10 family members fit perfect in this house. Separation of downstairs and upstairs worked out fine but would be nice to access both from inside the house. Property and house was extremely clean and decorated well with everything you need in the kitchen. More wash cloths and hand soap was the only minimal issue mentioned by all. Appreciate the hospitality and ease of renting the unit from the owners. Unfortunately heading back to snow. Goodbye sunshine

Great family spot

We had a great time visiting this past summer. The house was just as listed and we made the best of being hurricaned out once again for our Florida trip. The property owners were very understanding and allowed a late checkout due to the weather during our stay.

Great Rental

The whole family enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and the kids wanted to swim all the time. Being in walking distance to restaurants and bars was a real bonus. Strongly recommend this home.

Beautiful home perfect for 2 families

Our family shared this home with our good friends' family. Together we had several kids who are mid to late teens and early 20's. This house was perfect for us!! It was beautifully decorated and very clean and had many great amenities. The downstairs suite was a great place for the kids to hang out and do their own thing. We all loved the pool on sunny days and the games on rainy ones. The owners checked in with us and we had no issues with check in or check out. We hope to stay here again next year and in the years to come!

Great location for cyclists

The location is perfect for cyclists who want to ride the Pinellas trail. There is plenty of room in the garage to safely store twelve or more bikes. For those who ride casually the host has 4 single speed bikes available. The house and grounds are lovely. One thing to note is there is NO inside connection to the top and bottom of the house. That's clearly stated in the description now but I somehow overlooked it. The only way to enter the bottom unit is through the garage. And this entry goes through the 5th "Bedroom" which is a room with no windows or closet. It appears there used to be a spiral staircase but that has been removed and the opening sealed. You will have to go outside to visit the people in the top unit. The heated pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed the stars while using the gas firepit one night. Most in my cycling group are older so we wouldn't have used the hammocks any way but the fabric was mildewed and torn. In Florida that happens quickly. I notified the owner so that has probably been replaced by now. I had problems with VRBO responding and giving me access to the house. They also would not give me the address until two days prior to arrival. I'm not satisfied with VRBO's service. We were two hours late being able to access the house. The host had always been extremely responsive to my texts leading up to arrival so I became afraid I had been scammed. He was on a cruise and was not getting my texts. We will definitely rent here again.

Girls great getaway

Had a great stay with my girlfriends! Wonderful pool! Hosts very responsive!! Fun restaurants walking distance! Kitchen could use a better supply of spices and Pam., ! Also it would have been great to have a booklet right in house regarding housekeeping questions! Overall a wonderful stay!!

Excellent Stay!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation! Location, location, location! Close to everything we wanted to do, Beaches, Busch Gardens, and Top Golf! Lots of cute towns close for shopping and exploring. There are also some really wonderful restaurants within walking distance that made a great margarita. When we weren't out seeing the sights the pool was a hit! We've never had a short term rental with such wonderful accommodations outside. The kitchen had everything we need for the family meals and the grill was perfect. There was okay of room and the beds were comfortable. This was the perfect home for our family!

Perfect home for our Thanksgiving getaway

Beautiful property that is nicely decorated featuring awesome outdoor space. This home is located in the quaint town of Palm Harbor. It’s situated in a nice area near a park and the water. There is also lots of local restaurants and a great brewery within walking distance. The pool area has plenty of lounges and seating arrangements. There is a great fire pit and grill that we used on several occasions. Plenty of kitchen and fridge space with a kitchen on both floors. Lots of space, bathrooms and tvs for different family setups. We especially loved the upstairs front porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Our hosts were amazing and very responsive. We had a wonderful family holiday and would definitely stay here again! Thanks!!!

Family vacation

This was our first house rental, (normally stay in resorts or condos on beach). Set up was perfect for our family of 10. We had our 3 children, their friends and our parents. Having 2 seperate units gave everyone their space and still allowing all of us to be together. The pool area was a beautiful relaxing set up and the grill a bonus. Exactly how the pictures showed. Drive to Clearwater beach was about 20 minutes, Tarpoon springs 7 minutes away, local restraunts within walking distance and super Walmart just minutes away. We had to pick up our oldest from airport which was only 25 minute drive. Everything was very close easy to access. Don’t forget the pier right next door, the view was so beautiful at night and hosted some of our family photos. Host remained in contact and although we did not have many questions, with what we did have the owners responded in timely and professional manner, probably one of my favorites to communicate with. After a week our family was not ready to leave, although heading back to reality we will absolutely be back. Family vote prefers this house over condos or resorts any day! Thank you for a great relaxing week!

Family Vacation

House was perfect for our 3 families. Everyone had their own bathrooms with really helped. The pool was amazing with a 3 month old we could lay her down inside and still enjoy ourselves. Walked distance to several restaurants and great local cantina margaritas!! It was a drive to the beach 11 minutes to Honeymoon Island and 30 mins to Clearwater. Would definitely recommend. lots of room and the owners gave great recommendations.

Wonderful Family Vaca

We just stayed there last week for 5 days! There were 12 of us across three families! The pool area is a family favorite with an incredible amount of space for everyone to be out there comfortably! Beautifully decorated home that has everything you will need! We drove to Clearwater Beach each day.. a short and easy 20 minute drive for breathtaking views! We rode the four bikes that were included with the property each morning and evening! We walked a couple blocks to the local downtown area that had some of the best food everrrr!!! If you go: you HAVE to eat at Thirsty Marlins! We walked around the downtown area of Dunedin (10 minute drive) and had some more incredible food and fun shops! The owner of the property is wonderful and sent us many messages throughout our stay! I will say, bring lots of bug spray as I was covered in hundreds of bites from little bugs called nosesums and ended up with a trip to the dr because of it.. no fault of the property- just the fault of Florida living on the gulf side lol!
