This expansive 2 story home sits on Lake Tarpon a 2500 acre freshwater lake located in Palm Harbor, Florida. Lake Tarpon is a boating and fishing paradise. The home is equipped with tiled bathrooms, water views, beautiful artwork, and entertainment choices galore. This is the place to be to relax and enjoy the Florida Sun.

The MASTER KING BEDROOM over looks the pool area and the water way beyond. There are walk in closets for storing your personal belongings and a flat screen TV. The large MASTER BATHROOM is tastefully decorated with custom cabinetry, colorful paint scheme, detailed tile work, and a fabulous shower.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed and flat screen TV. Walk in closets and wood dressers complete the space.

The THIRD BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed and flat screen TV. Walk in closets and wood dressers complete the space.

The FOURTH BEDROOM has a comfortable king bed and flat screen TV. Walk in closets and wood dressers complete the space.

The ground floor FIFTH BEDROOM has a comfortable queen bed and dressers.

The fully equipped KITCHEN has a center island stove and companion breakfast table, custom cabinetry and tremendous lighting. A barbecue and comfortable patio furniture POOL SIDE offer more dining and entertainment choices. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessitates for making fantastic meals.

The splendid FORMAL DINING ROOM is next to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The room boasts greek columns and center chandelier. This is as good as it gets for your dining activity.

The MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM is conveniently located centrally and next to the pool.

The DOWNSTAIRS POOL and GAME ROOM is the place to be for a game of pool and family fun. The room is fabulously decorated with movie theme artwork and has an arcade game console with Pac Man, Donkey Kong and Galaga. There is also a Flat Screen TV.

The Washer and Dryer is upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms. Ironing board, hair dryer, beach towel and pool toys are provided.

Parking: There is the paved driveway parking that will accommodate up to 3 cars. The home is equipped with a Tesla Charging Station.

In addition, you are conveniently located to many famous attractions on the Gulf Coast of Florida. It is minutes to no less than eight world-class beaches including Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, and Caladesi Island rated one of the top 10 beaches in America. Nearby year around attractions such as Innisbrook Golf Club, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Busch Gardens Theme Parks are popular destinations.

Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count of 10 at any time on the property. LOUD MUSIC AND NOISE, PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM. This property sits on a quiet water inlet and in close proximity to our neighbors. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.

During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Innisbrook Golf Club. An outdoor pool and laundry facilities are available. The vacation home includes amenities such as free WiFi and a private pool.

Great house

We stayed at the house for a long weekend to attend a few spring training baseball games. The house was perfect for our family. The pool was nice to come home to after a hot day at the field. We will definitely check this house out again if we return to the area.

Not what expected

The pics did not depict the home. Our contact for the home was extremely rude and wouldn’t take care of the pool when there was a major issue. We have pools at home, we know when the mechanics aren’t working correctly. All he said to me when I explained what was wrong was enjoy the pool, knowing it wasn’t safe to use. The house had obviously been empty for a very long time before we rented it. They did a quick clean for us. The spider webs were Horrendous. The dust was a half inch thick on all the fans. The host in charge of taking care of us kept reminding me that he was in Europe. Well….he probably should’ve put someone else in charge while he was out of town because the issues we had needed attention. Brian was extremely rude and not helpful. We came into town to visit sick older parents and a college child. This is the 1st bad experience I have ever had through VRBO!!

We enjoyed the home. Having the pool table, game table and pool was great. Weather wasn’t great for us so we didn’t utilize the pool much. Location is great.

My Vacation Rental

Brian the house was great except the weather was terrible. The house was clean and and very spacious. The pool area and the outside deck was awesome. The fishing was no so good, but I had a good time trying to catch some bass. We would definitely rent the same house again. Happy Holidays

This property was exactly what we needed! Perfect retreat for family to relax and enjoy!

Property description was completely accurate and the place exceeded our expectations with being clean and comfortable and fully equipped. We found it very relaxing and spacious for family. The outdoor spaces were great for taking in sunshine, watching birds and fish, and enjoying the fresh air. Pool was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to find utensils and cookware to prepare meals. Everything was very clean and tidy. Property managers were incredibly responsive and we were at ease knowing they were accessible if any issue arose (which it didn’t). Proximity to beaches and attractions was as great. Lots of local interest in Tarpon Springs with sponge docks, Craig park, boat rides, etc. We left relaxed and refreshed!
