Had a nightmare stay Hotel was lovely but had issues through out the night with noise. It was totally unbearable and I was unable to sleep at all. I reported it and recorded the noise. On checkout I was advised they would look into this which they did pretty quickly. I was advised that there were major issues with the golf shop air con units under my room. I was sent a lovely email saying they would make my next stay special??? Really? Just refund me for a room I couldn't use.. Very upset from a big company like The Hilton

The room felt like it could do with a refurb. All taps covered in limescale, loose shower controls. Sealant coming away from the windowsill. Not the quality you would expect from a Hilton hotel.

The room is spacious but the pool is an extra 40 pounds for two hours, as are all the relaxation facilities. The food is much too overpriced and you have to walk 20-30 minutes for the nearest pub.

Check in was fantastic and Sophie who greeted me was absolutely outstanding, friendly, professional and welcoming. She deserves to be recognised by her managers. Hotel was good, nice facilities and room was good, clean and pleasant. No complaints at all and would stay again.
