We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand you were disappointed with our room temperature and for not being able to use the swimming pool. Please rest assured we will check for a possible malfunction with your room's air cooling system and address your concerns to stop future issues from happening. Regarding the swimming pool, unfortunately, we had no alternative but to place the swimming pool temporarily out of service on that occasion. This was due to an unexpected and punctual problem that could not be predicted. We will discuss your feedback during our usual meetings so that improvements can be made.
