We had a reservation and showed up and they said we didn’t. Expedia showed the reservation as current and the hotel said we didn’t have one. Then the staff COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LEAS HELPFUL. We sat in the lobby for nearly THREE HOIRS trying to find a hotel near by, until we found the only room left in the area. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.
Nice staff and service, good breakfast, hotel rooms are very basic and a bit dated for price. Clean but nothing special. Road outside can be a bit noisy and room sound insulation not the best.
Excellent, we were upgraded to executive room as a treat Lewis on the desk was so helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Location perfect and just what we needed for theatre and town visit.
