Very tropical with plenty of trees to relax. You will love the convenience of being close to everything Sarasota yet enjoy the privacy of living in a private and safe home.

Sad,Neglected Condo

Everything in living area quite old and “slightly” broken. Carpets are worn bare. No couch in living room, just a futon. Chairs very old and uncomfortable ie: worn out. So disappointing! We had two floods from the garbage disposal. Initially, TVs didn’t work. We would not recommend this place even though the close proximity to downtown Sarasota was great. Stay somewhere else!
