I like this hotel and have stayed there before. This time, the trowels looked old and worn out. And they did something to the showers and now they have really bad water pressure.

I booked four rooms and all had the same issue the beds and pillows were hard. Keep in mind if booking in the summer the AC in the rooms is not turned on. You need to turn them on once you check it.

I stay here before and it was perfect this time something change the tv wasn’t working the keycard wasn’t working I had to go to receptionist like 3 or 4 times about the keycard tv was blurry all the channels I was not happy this time it all

Very clean & nice but the walls are kinda thin, I could hear construction & music, in the morning. Also, I was VERY DISAPPOINTED to learn that thur this web site, my hotel cost much more, that my Nice’s, who went thru another!

This place is great. I always stay here when I come to San Luis. The morning buffet is a great value and has a good variety of foods. The rooms are nice and clean with the staff being easily available if anything comes up.
