After falling asleep, I heard a loud noise rumbling on the ceiling every 45 seconds to 1 minute. I called down to the front desk and they told me they were sending somebody up. 45 minutes later, I had to call again because I was still waiting. After an hour, I ended up going down to the front desk. The maintenance worker came up and said it was air in the boiler pipes. What are you doing? What are you doing?I eventually had to pack up and change to another room. The staff were not apologetic or helpful.

The front desk staff is friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant staff is professional. It is a smaller hotel/casino, which may be a good choice for folks who prefer a more quiet atmosphere.
