The property was well maintained, clean and the staff was very courtesy. The dining experience the hotel provided were also very good. The location and proximity to attractions, entertainment and dining was also excellent.

The rooms are worn down. There were ants in my room on the 7th floor and one night I flushed the toilet and water from the toilet spat out onto my nightgown. Also had requested a room away from the elevator and they put my one room away from the elevator. So had to request to change room and pack up my entire room. The store downstairs is a rip off you’ll pay 6$ a 1L of water when it’s 3$ at the CVS. The shuttle to the park comes every hour and are nice luxurious buses., the pool is heated and is great, the pool restaurant is great. There is not internet on the tv so that caused issues for my toddler. Also no microwaves in the room so if you need to warm a bottle of milk bring a bottle warmer they force you to go down to the store ( to make you spend while you are there. Also 250 ml of milk is 4$ at diney resort like cape May is 4.29 for an entire liter. So that’s a bit disturbing.

Usually great but loud work going on early AM
I’ll start by saying that I’ve stayed at this hotel close to 20 times now. We love the comfort, cleanliness, location to the springs etc. That being said, this time was meh based on a couple of issues. First of all they refused to recognize any of the “vip” loyalty perks. In the past they have comped me the $15/day parking because I wasn’t parking and they applied it to the resort fee. This time they didn’t and when I inquired, they told me this wasn’t an option. I’m writing this December 21st and I was just there the first week of November and it was still a thing then. Perks also include upgrade when available but when I inquired they said there is a fee. I think it’s maybe staff that are new or not informed…I asked to be contacted by a supervisor but never heard back. Second issue was loud banging and clanging of some sort of work being done around 8am. We had attended a Disney event the night before and got in at 2am…was hoping to let the kids sleep as well as myself. No such luck. Super loud banging from then to later in the day. Could even hear it at the pool. There was no warning or notification about this. Being tired sort of ruined the rest of the 48 hours we were there. Despite this I’ll still return but I hope they read this and acknowledge the issues.

Usually fantastic but some loud maintenance
I’ll start by saying I’ve stayed here close to 20 times. This year I was here on five occasions. I love the location, the comforts of the beds and pillows, the smell in the lobby (iykyk) and I’ll continue coming back. The only bothersome thing this trip was there was some sort of work going on that meant very loud banging and clanging starting around 8am - we had attended the Disney Christmas party and got in around 2am so it would have nice to be able to sleep in a little but no…super loud and there was no warning of this nor an apology when I mentioned it at the front desk. It continued throughout the day so naps weren’t an option and you could hear it by the pool too. The second issue was that there were zero VIP benefits applied - I wasn’t parking so usually they have taken off $15/day off the resort fee (the value of the parking benefit) but they did nothing and I inquired about a room upgrade and they told me they didn’t know anything about that being a benefit and told me it would cost me additional money …I think possibly new and untrained staff were the issue. I’ll continue to stay here but I was rather disappointed this time around.

The condition of the property was good and generally the staff were friendly. However, when we checked in, we were pulled off to the side by an employee who then went into a long sales pitch about time share/vacation club. This person was telling us it was better to not use the early entry benefit of stating here and instead to go to a two hour sales presentation before entering Epcot at 11 am. It felt so gross. Quite frankly, staying at one of the Disney properties is a much better option. The room cost is comparable, you don’t have to pay for parking, and the transportation options are better.

We had a great stay. It was very easy to access Disney springs from the hotel and the transportation to the parks was easy to use. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to watch the fireworks at Epcot every night from our window which was amazing. We had a great time and would stay again!

Short walk to Disney Springs.
The overall location in Orlando/proximity of this hotel to Disney Springs is well-worth almost any cost. That being said, the cost of this hotel is very appropriate. Lastly, the free shuttles to the Disney parks, which also include a 30-minute "early admission" to the parks, is another amazing opportunity that is offered at this hotel. I've stayed here twice and I've been satisfied on both occasions.

Too loud!
We came to Disney for 2 nights and they put us directly next to construction. It started before 9am with chipping hammers, and saw's and didn’t end until the end of the day so there was no where to relax during the day as we were there to enjoy Jollywood and other late night festivities. We left exhausted. We felt they shouldn’t have put people in those rooms because they were paper thin and we could hear crying babies and kids through the walls, which is to be expected at Disney. The bus service was great as was the view.

We were woken at midnight with a fire alarm; when we made to the lobby, there was no guidance from staff and a while later someone walked through just saying it was over. No further explanation was give.
