If only I knew they charge for parking, I would get another hotel. Its my birthday and I asked the front desk during check in if they have anything special for guest birthday or offer since I am a member of Expedia VIP but none. So, the experience wasnt really good aside from paying resort fee that I wasnt in the hotel the whole day and night. Hope I knew they charge for parking. I paid almost the same price for the stay with the parking and resort fee and no breakfast.

I’ve stayed here before and I liked it, which is why I rebooked, but this was a completely different experience then the first time I came. I called ahead to make sure there was a fridge with freezer or a way I can store stuff since I was in the middle of moving from Florida to Massachusetts so I knew I would have some things with me, including medication. I had to stay cold. They put me in a room that was right in the elevators, which I guess some people might think is convenient but I knew it was going to be loud. I just wanted to be able to get some sleep. And on top of it, I get the room and the fridge doesn’t work the freezer completely defrosted there was water everywhere. At this point, it’s wicked late I go downstairs. They told me I have to wait for maintenance. I just wanted to go to sleep. Apparently, there was no other rooms available. I am a platinum member with Expedia and it said upgrade when available, and they refusedThey told me all they had was a small fridge to store stuff in and they wouldn’t be able to store my shopping bag of things that required refrigeration. The staff all talk in Spanish with each other, which made me feel uncomfortable like they were talking about me. Finally, maintenance comes, took them two seconds to do what they did. Luckily, the fridge worked. The next two mornings were awful. All I could hear. Was people running around the hallways playing in the elevators, talking loudly in and out of the elevators, I couldn’t sleep at all.

Fantastic customer service

This property is an absolute jewel at the gateway to Disney Springs. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and on point no need to look for any other hotel in the future as this is the place.

Very convenient to walk to Disney Springs and staff are welcoming. The Disney Springs view allows you to watch Dreams that Soar and the fireworks at Epcot.

One hour stay and had to go!!!

We were there for one hour we left to get food and returned to tv stand with refrigerator with several tiny bugs as i investigate i open the slider with coffee maker in the tv stand with several adult roaches...i personal killed about seven went down to get moved to another room at least...the room they offer me was right next door to my room as we are speaking to superviser about move my daughter tried to put her shoes on and found more roaches...I asked for refund and left!!!

Great Stay, beware the elevators

The elevators need work. We would scan our cards and click the floor and it wouldnt take us there until the 2nd or 3rd try. Very infuriating when you have a bunch of bags with you and other people in the elevator

Ask for floor 8 or higher.

Was given a room on the seventh floor but it's really like the 5th floor and the view was obstructed by the rooftop staircase. The place was clean and the furnishing had a beach house feel. The plumbing and fixtures seem to be getting old; the shower handle had to be closed really tightly to shut the water off.

discounted parking misleading, it was 'only' $15, not 15 per day. had i noticed that detail i would have gone elsewhere. No upgrade or offer. They did manage to get my 2 rooms attached though. Also, no dinner options, i went next door to Drury to pick up pizza hut at one point.
