Conveniently located by Disney Springs. The neighborhood is great. Its like being in a Disney hotel but cheaper. You dont get all the perks but its nice. The fridge in my room was super loud and you can very easily hear the people in the hall.

I stay at this property 1-3 times per year. I enjoy the convenience of being just across the street from Disney Springs. The staff are always kind and accommodating. The hotel and the grounds are well kept and clean. The rooms are quiet and offer great views.

We have been staying at this hotel since 1993 and always enjoyed it. It's an easy property to get around and the elevators are fast:) The snack and coffee bar is excellent. The quick walk to Disney Springs is fantastic. Property does charge for parking which is a change but all the area hotels are doing the same. Recommended. WJJ

I had reported after the first night that the heater was making a loud popping noise which kept me up all night. Reported this and was told it would be addressed. It was not so another sleepless night. When I checked out I mentioned it again and they credited me back the resort fee. I felt a full night refund was in order.

We stayed there due to their being a Disney Good Neighbor hotel. We had a few Disney questions pertaining to Magic Bands that were supposed to be able to be used and no one, even the Disney reps, knew anything or had suggestions. It was ok for the night but not for anything Disney.
