This was the second time I stayed here. First time was sooooo amazing. However, this stay in May, we were in an ‘outer room.’ While the view was terrific, the room was constantly DAMP from humidity & that was a huge turn-off. We knew it was one of oldest rooms because of high humidity inside. I don’t mind staying in old rooms IF the atmosphere, etc is on point. Staff is great. Lady at the Wyndham Vacation kiosk was rude and annoying. After our bad experience with her, we avoided that area like the plague!

It was a very nice place and hope to visit again. All the staffs are so nice and takes leas than 10 minutes to Disney Springs by walking. Also swimming pool is very nice as well!

It was a pretty good staying. The only issue was that some fire alarm turned on in the morning and we couldn’t go back to sleep. Other than that, everything was great. Walking distance to Disney Springs

Consistency matters

Consistently a great experience with a great location. The poolside restaurant is fantastic and staffed with the friendliest employees. Just make sure to doublecheck your loyalty number is added. We were advised the wrong number was appended to our stay by the front desk could not correct.

Big resort. Rooms clean in general although housekeeping was stingy in providing toiletries and paper. Public spaces (aisles outside rooms) need more attention I saw little “animals” walking more than once. Very expensive pantry.

Didn't realize there were two options to choose to get a hotel room; one is outside and one is in the tower. We booked 2 rooms on the same reservation and they were not close to each other at all!!
