The room that we were in was located in a very old part of the hotel and was quite rundown. Our HVAC system made very loud noises when turning on or off throughout the night, keeping us awake. The coffee was awful. The valet and concierge were very friendly. However, we were greeted by a clerk at the desk who was fine and told us we had a welcome gift to get from the next counter. When we got there, we were aggressively sales pitched sales pitch their vacation program, which we finally were able to decline. The location of the property is great, as it is the closest one to Disney Springs, but the hotel leaves plenty to be desired.

The room was humid and all of the sheets were damp. When we first got to room we were only there for a little bit and turned on the AC because of how humid it was. Came back a few hours later and was not any better. Did not request a room change since we were only there for the night. But will not be going back.

The room was clean and appears to have been updated. The only downside is that on top of paying for the room, you are forced to pay $25/day for parking in the parking lot of the hotel that you just got done paying to stay at…that makes zero sense to me.

Ice machines were broken on 3 floors. At 8 am the very loud sound of lead blowers were going. Woke up to very loud and unpleasant smell coming through the door from the gas of the leaf blower. We were on the bottom floor. The only great thing about this stay is it was right over the walkway to Disney Springs.

The hotel is super convenient for your Disney stay. The only thing was they charge both a resort fee and parking fee per day on top of your room rate. We didn't know this until after we booked.

Unfortunately after a long day, we enter our room and our ac was broken. I did not like that maintenance had to come in close to midnight, while I was settling for bed in PJ’s. I wish we could have been moved to another room while they assessed the situation. Anyway, I was a 20 min job, and the ac was great the rest of the night. Overall, great hotel!!!
