The villa is situated on US Highway 27, approximately 2 miles north of Highway 192, and only a 15 minute drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World. Universal Orlando and Sea World are a 25 minute drive away, and traveling time to Orlando International Airport is approximately 45 minutes. AMENITIES: Orange Tree facilities include a football pitch, tennis courts, basketball courts and children's play areas. There are a number of local amenities close by, including a 24hr Walmart Super Centre, Publix supermarket, Walgreens chemist, petrol station, bank, post office, bars and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that a range of excellent golf courses are also within easy access. The fully air conditioned property can accommodate 8 people comfortably and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, laundry room and games room. Everything you wanted to do and Restaurants to go to was within 5-10 minutes!!

Enjoy a vacation with the family . 3 Days of spending time at Disney ; coming back to just sitting back & relaxing, in the home we stayed in. It was worth a 2 1/2 year wait. thank you again. Sue, Bob, Matthew, Christopher & Sierra

Great home

This was a fantastic property and I would rent here again. The Orange tree community is quiet and the house was perfect. Close to a Walmart and a publix which was great. We had no issues with the home at all.
