The hotel room smelled so musty and such a strong odor. We booked this for my sons birthday. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10a. Terrible times so we never got to use the water park. We will never come again or recommend this place to anyone else.

The owner of the unit we rented really needs to step it up a bit. Shower door broken, leaky master bathroom faucet. No coffee filters. Loose tiles in the master bathroom in front of the shower. I’ve been a little disappointed these past couple of stays. And we have stain here at least 40 times. The last 5 years or so. I think it’s time to move on. Love the front desk employees. They are all great!!

Awesome property! Asked for a later checkout and they actually gave us until 12:00pm 2hours later than regular checkout! Five starts for sure. The waterpark looked amazing....unfortunately the lightning in the area kept us from using it.
