I do not recommend

Property was clean. We did have some issues though. The A/C was not working properly and would not cool the condo. The TVs were all set to Spanish and one remote would not work, even after changing the batteries, so we could never use the TV. We were there for 4 days. Only 2 packages of coffee left, very little Toilet paper, paper towels or any other necessary supplies that would be needed. Not even an extra trash bag. I called a few times about the Air and no one called back. I will not rent friom here again.

Our nightmare

No check in instructions as promised until 9 pm the previous night. Told repairs were needed so we had to stay in another building the first night but could move our stuff in the following am. When we went over, people were there sleeping. We were lied to. Elevator out of service for 4 days. No broom, no pot holders, no spatula, no dush cloths, only 1 dish towel , no kleenex during a pandemic. Door cides not changed between guests, not enough chairs at the pool. The property manager brought us a bottle of wine fir our inconvenience but we had 3 stressful days and we think we should receive a discount. This unit was booked was managed by amazing homes. I would not recommend them to anyone.
